There’s 14 matches total in the mode just because and they have to be deemed important to be in the mode, not just some random match not every Cena match was that important to his career

Carlito isn’t possible. He’s not signed to a legends deal that allow WWE to use his likeness, they own the character. He’s not even on WWE’s legends/ alumni page
