I really want to see you react to more of their vocal centred songs...I would definitely recommend turbulence and mist!! mist in particular is my favorite song ever by them. it doesn't have a music video, so you'd have to watch a lyric video. just make sure you find the most recent lyric video you can, because I know the lyric video that comes up when you search for the song is incorrect when it comes to the parts. (just in case tho, I'll let you know now that the chorus to mist is sung by wooyoung, not san)

Please listen to their b-sides!! They’re SO good. Some of my FAVORITE ones are Mist, Take Me Home (a MUST listen), Light, Cyberpunk, Dune, and Silver Light (not to be confused with “Light”).
Maybe their COACHELLA PERFORMANCE will make u even more LOVE them and be proud of them.... Or their live vocals ❤️their sides songs are so good tho

mingi wrote this song at 22 while he was on hiatus due to psychological anxiety (from nov 2020 to feb 2021)
at that time, the song didnt have a bridge and when asked with whom he'd like to do the song with, he said yunho and they created the bridge together :) (bro is literally the #1 fan of yunhos vocals and its obvious with how much its showcased in the song)
and i think reacting to their live stages and performances would be super sick, they truly are built different

I really missed your Ateez reactions, glad to have you back :) I feel like it's time for you to check some slower songs, so far you've only seen the hype side of Ateez (at least as a group) but they are much more than that, so I think you should react to Turbulence which is one of their slower songs. If it's possible I also recommend the live band version of it, because that song becomes even more beautiful when you hear their amazing live vocals (another thing that it's time to experience). On a sidenote, do you have a problem with your microphone? Because in every video reaction their voices are somewhat higher pitched, their voices sound a little bit unnatural, because even the deeper tones feel higher than they should be

They performed all of their subunit songs at their most recent concert, you should definitely check out the live performances, there are some pretty decent quality fan cams posted.
Hongjoong did a Production Behind vid for Matz which is a great watch. It is interesting to see the birth of that song. There is also a performance version of the MV that I like better than the official MV.
Youth… ahhh Youth. I liked it on first listen without knowing the lyrics, but once I learned the lyrics and history, it really affected me. The behind the scenes vid for that one is a great watch, too. Also, the concert version… they recreate the phone call they had the night before they both auditioned to KQ without knowing they were going to the same audition. I just loved it and their friendship.
She's back! I really enjoy your reactions. You get so excited, and don't try to hide it. I can tell you genuinely like Ateez, and the way you were throwing out their names left and right was cute. Like, yep, she's been getting to know the guys. I only wish we could see some of the other Ateez content you watch. I know this isn't a kpop reaction channel, plus it's just more work for you overall, so I understand. Yes!! you should watch Fireworks and the Real. Both amazing. Sorry, just finished watching the video now😂. Matz they are both amazing. i love Seonghwa rapping, san... speechless. Youth was a song that Mingi wrote during his hiatus, when you read the lyric you will understand better. and there is little to say about Jongho, his voice is amazing, angelic. ❤❤❤. Yay, more ATEEZ! 🎉 I agree with the recommendations you mentioned for Fireworks and The Real. I also think you should react to their newest Japanese release, Not Okay. It's super good. Side note about The Real: there's a little dance break section at the end and when they do live shows a different one or two members do the dance break. Once you've reacted to the song, I'd recommend watching some live versions of The Real. There are also a few fan-made compilation videos of just the dance break where you get to see so many different variations. It's so fun. 🤗

You should consider checking out their japanese releases too! They just had a new one in February called Not Okay, and they had one a few years ago called Paradigm. Both are SO good

Ooh was so happy seeing this pop up! Glad you're still having fun on your Ateez journey 😊 Jongho is incredible, blows me away all the time (as do all of them!). I think others have already said but now you've seen a good few examples of their range of skills from the units/solo, maybe nice to visit their softer songs - Turbulance, Mist, Aurora, Utopia, Thank U (Hongjoong wrote this one for Seonghwa so it's adorable!) Or they have uplifting ones too like sunrise, Celebrate, eternal sunshine, illusion. Always so much choice! Can't wait to see you watch some of their banging bsides in the future too....

Love this and love your reactions. I recommend all their official solo cover songs as that will give you a better idea of each persons individual voices and also Wooyoungs studio choom artist of the month. San also has a dance cover. Yunho just dropped his first cover song and it is absolutely beautiful.
Two of my fave group covers are probably Stay and Boy With Love. Also if you get a chance watch all of their MAMA performances.
Captain just did a colab with Chung Ha called EENIE MEENIE, its so good.
ATEEZ is the only reason I currently listen to KPop. They pulled me and I couldn't be happier. IMO they have a no skip discography. I am a huge fan of their dance practices and live performances.
Sorry this got long. I love their music so much. I am a vocal stan and their voices and music hit all the right boxes.

i just binged all your ateez videos, i loved seeing how hard you fell for them straight away! there's just nobody like them. i thought i'd chime in with a little bit of information about their storyline because it's a super big hyperfixation of mine and i feel like as a film/media channel there's a lot in it that you'd enjoy! this comment is about to get SO long i am so sorry.
their storyline is heavily inspired by a lot of films and books - mainly the film equilibrium in terms of worldbuilding, but also 1984, peter pan, alice in wonderland, lord of the rings, treasure island, dune, inception, etc! and you can definitely see the references throughout their MVs (like how you spotted the akira reference in bouncy). while their MVs do give us a lot of hints about the story, the bulk of it actually comes in written form like an actual book - each fever series and the world series album (except spin off: from the witness) has a "diary version", which has part of the story written inside the photobook. they also have extra short films like dear diary and a prologue/epilogue for halazia! even their newest concert is basically a musical adaptation of it (look up the new world/this world video, the one that's like 10 minutes long, it will blow your mind).
the diaries are all available online (i don't think i can post links here, but if you search up "ateez lore masterdoc" it'll bring up a huge document which has them all + explains a lot of the rest of the lore, though it is a little daunting reading it all at once LOL the diaries are the most important thing tho)! but to sum it up, in their storyline ateez are 8 youths whose lives Generally Suck for various reasons, and pretty much all they have is a warehouse where they hang out and do their silly little dances together, but even that is starting to fall apart. but one day hongjoong is visited in a dream by hala!hongjoong (aka alternate universe hongjoong dressed in all black from hala hala), who hands him the cromer, an hourglass that can amongst other things travel interdimensionally. hongjoong uses it and the eight of them are taken to world Z, aka strictland, a dystopia where the people's emotions are controlled and anything that might stimulate emotion like art, music, literature etc is banned, because an AI determined that this would achieve Maximum Worker Productivity. capitalist hell essentially! and without spoiling too much, ateez find their alternate selves (halateez for short, because hala hala) imprisoned - they had been using the cromer to rebel against the government, mostly with music but they do do actual anarchist stuff as well LOL a bunch of shit happens, we meet a cult leader, yunho's brother has a terrible awful time, but eventually ateez are tasked with taking over from halateez and finishing what they started. which is what we see in guerrilla!
i could explain forever because their storyline is genuinely so fun but yeah i really recommend reading the diaries if you want to know about their storyline, 99.9% of people aren't as crazy about it as i am so a lot of the info out there about it isn't quite accurate LOL i think ateez's lore is so perfect because it was actually initially based on their real lives, with their own input. and while it largely takes place in a sci fi universe, the meaning it holds is really true to ateez - this idea that they make music to really make people *feel* something, that they perform because they want to make *art*, not just churn out what's popular. it fits them so well.
