My friends believe that empaths are like the most the nicest human being out there , if you are with them you will be like know that they are empaths , just being around them you will be all calm , they don't have any bad moods or emotions . And I am one of those empaths but she never realised and it made me wonder if I am one . I feel sad.
It's scary when somebody I've never met can describe exactly who I am. I know the world don't understand me and never will understand me so it startled me when I hear myself described in a CZcams channel. Glad to know I'm not the only one on earth things like this. We are rare for sure.
I love being a virgo sigma empath except that I intimidate people on accident. I'll be working that problem over til I get it. Social gatherings are like wearing lead boots. I don't plan to work that one out haha
I am a silence leader and tend to be in a place that I suddenly have to rescue people or situation out of difficulties. And I do that automatically, effortlessly without hesitation. ❤

Im in my 50s, so.. well🤧 I learned about both Sig/emp. at the same time as I started to study narcissism, and boy, it's been an eye opener in my perception of my narcissistic family background, and people I had to let go during my life. Since, I recently left my narcissist gf for 7 years. Now, I can handle her, and feel way more empowered to deal with the toxic people around us, and more aware of the cool people like yourself. It feels good.💪⭐❤️
