Hi @user, for power steering problems, if there are not warnings on dash, first thing lift the front axle and check if king pins or steering linkages are not blocked, if everything is ok without esitate i would change first the power steering pump, 90% of the time that's the problem, ( remember once changed the pump you need to loft the axle and steer left and right till the fluid system is complete bleeded), if the steering is still hard you have to change the steering box. There are not other options, and this is the only way for repair it, do not try opening or fixing any component yourself, the risk for driving is too high and you will be responsible for any inconvenient..
