15 min may not provide reliable rejection as in a 4h rejection, there are quite a few 15min candles may just go up and down

you had better have a BIG account if you are trading Gold on a 4 hr timeframe.
You can size up when the trade goes your way. This how I have learned to trade. Gold is an awesome chart to master.
