Making an app home view Interactive

In this video we explore further functionality for our Slack App Build with Bolt on JavaScript by adding Interactivity to our Slack App Home view.

I'm listening to user input in a static select with a Lambda, but the body is 64encoded. How do I decode and read the user input?
