Very good brewery. They make German styles well. They also have a Milk Chocolate Stout and a Chocolate Stout Vintage (9%). I wish more of them were in the local stores.

Chocolate stouts are okay I think, but I like regular stout the best. Have you ever heard of Oyster stout?? Beth's Black from Nova Scotia - it has some savory rich notes in it, oyster may turn some people off of it, *but this is Nova Scotia - I'm surprised with don't have a Lobster Beer* 😅

I’m a pretty big fan of anything in the stout-porter range. Chocolate, oyster, or otherwise. But lobster?? That would be interesting… 🤔
