That cafe stop saved me honesty, by the time we got back i was feeling good surprisingly. We probably did like 8k elevation in the first 40 miles
I think some better bike maintenance needs to he done. Fucked tyre the first day and now a pedal🤣 . Good vid still though and looks a class ride 👌

I did the island loop a few years ago before the land slide on the road to Mogan.We went over the land slide from St Nicolas not the tunnel, Was with 2 other riders a lot stronger than me. Hard ride Chapeau
Such a great ride and yeah quite tough. The highway section was a bit sketchy. Love GC and want to go back again this year.

Hi Paul, this ride was completed December 2021 just gone. We still get out when the weather allows and if all else fails we are on Zwift. Me personally I’m riding 5-6 times a week and we have an open to public regular official Zwift ride on Wednesday if you fancy joining?

Mega ride that, well done getting round, absolutely stunning scenery! The motorway looks a tad dicey, how much is like that? Awesome Vlog as usual, looking forward to the next ones.
We must have been on the motorway for a good couple of hours at some times there were 4 lanes with connecting roads we had to keep an eye out for. Deffo needed a guide for that.
