I guess the lower Rio Negro is blanco?..white sands too. Beautiful paradise.
I'm going to stay with my Rainbows in my 240 gallon...but all new tankmates will like moving water. Those types are active all day. No more lurker, shy fish or slow eaters...I want that movement from one end to the other!

I've always wanted a bigger aquarium. I guess I should look at the cost of a 3,977 mile tank...

What is the fish at 3:43 defending the fry? I thought it might be a hoplias or a snakehead but it looks like a cichlid, is it a crenicichla?

By the form of its body and the way it swims it seems like a leporinus.
