  • Oregano is an aromatic herb from the mint and the basil family, and native to the Mediterranean region. The scientific name for Oregano is “Origanum vulgare”.
    With olive-green leaves and purple flowers, the plant is considered a staple herb in many cuisines around the world, and most often used in Italian and Mexican cuisine mainly for flavoring foods. It is a key ingredient in tomato sauces, pizza sauces, vegetable dishes and grilled meat.
    Besides its culinary usages, people also use oregano for wound healing, parasite infections, and many other conditions, but there is no good scientific evidence to support these usages.
    In terms of the health benefits of oregano, it offers several potential health benefits due to its rich array of nutrients and bioactive compounds.

    Going to the Doctors to ask if you can use these herbs is not supported. They will not say YES you can use same😢
