    I am totally stuck between IIM U core vs MDI HR, Half of the people suggest bigger brand hence MDI HR
    Other half suggesting choice of domains and better course hence IIM U
    I have no domain preference (neither like nor dislike HR - i was targetting core and gain experience and then choose)
    And tbh it's kinda pinching me to go for IIM U at 99.65 (though it's UNDOUBTEDLY a great college but at this percentile?)

    • @sourabh_ytb
      @sourabh_ytb Před 3 měsíci +1

      There are so many roles in finance. Account opening and selling loans and insurance comes under sales and marketing category(but in finance sector). But if you do MBA in finance you will be responsible for credit analysis or credit manager or financial specialist or you can become operations manager in financial sector. Now understand this:- account opening role can only be given in Banking sectors. But career in finance can be in any company say parle, Nestle, TVS, even e-commerce co. Like Amazon and Flipkart. After doing MBA your primary role will be to manage and handle finance of that company.

    • @sourabh_ytb
      @sourabh_ytb Před měsícem

      @@VickyVK-yh1nn Hey! See if you will ask about Demand for the job! Then you should definitely look into courses like Data science or Business analyst to get a Job easily and with a decent salary. But if you really want to achieve something great and you believe you will not be able to get a MBA college, than you should do courses like Product manager, trust me buddy this thing is something different🔥, you can check the average salary offered in india to product manager. It's a easy yet very impactful course. And many people don't know about this course. And also this is the only course or job role which you can get without doing MBA from top IIM's or B school which offers such a great salary. Other job roles like Investment banker and management consulting are also good but you will need to do a MBA from Top cllg.
      I hope you will search more about Product management.
      And answer to your exact question:- specialization in finance and marketing always has a good opportunity. Choose according to your interest. And yes Product management comes under Marketing and General MBA.
