Hey everyone, hope you like this video. We had fun getting out at the house doing our family walk. It is one of my favorite things to do with my family is getting out at the house and enjoying the beautiful San Diego.

My fitness journey began when I was a young adult & new to the United States. I came from a small country in East Africa called Eritrea where women aren't usually seen outside of their traditional gender role. I never wanted to fit the traditional role. I believe that taking care of my physical health positively affects my mental & spiritual well being. And vice versa. I believe that strong girls are beautiful. What started as a hobby, grew into a passion, now is my way of life. My goal is to empower & inspire women through self-care & fitness - starting with myself.
