- Piccadilly Circus Lights DeepScreen 3D advertising billboard showcases the latest 3D technology with 3D adverts.
Piccadilly Lights uses DOOH ( Digital out of home ) media on its DeepScreen technology meaning that adverts are displayed using forced perspective so when viewed from a particular vantage point the image appears 3D.
Electrical advertising at Piccadilly Circus in London started in 1908 using lightbulbs to advertise Perrier.
Advertising then progressed to neon signs in the 1920s, digital projectors in the 1990s and LEDs from 2011. In 2017 a 4K 780 sq m sized screen was installed.
100 million people pass through Piccadilly Circus every year so in respect of an advertisement location, there aren't many places more suitable.

How can I watch it in real? Is there any schedule? Never have caught anything like that, just boring ads...
I did email them to ask that exact question. Their advertising campaigns change frequently so they advised the best thing to do was to look at their Instagram and Twitter pages to keep updated with what's going on. Just Google Piccadilly lights and you will find their website.
