    570 g (3.5 cups) wheat flour.
    1 teaspoon salt.
    1 tablespoon sugar.
    1 tablespoon dry yeast.
    120 ml warm milk.
    1 large egg.
    140 ml warm water.
    20 ml vegetable oil.
    For decoration:
    1 egg.
    Apricot jam.
    Plum jam.
