Man you're such a blessing to my life. I hope i get to meet you someday so i can give you a tremendous hug and a kiss on your forehead. You've changed my Piano journey in such a short while. I'm gradually beginning to sound like you, learning your voicings and movements. It's not been easy but it's been fruitful. I'm proud to say you're my mentor in piano playing. It's such an honor. I love how you play; so soft, yet so advance. Thank you for been a driving force in my life. I'd have given up on ever progressing if not for you. Please don't stop this good work. 🙏

Haha yes! Over time, I’ve learned that most of these advanced chords can be simplified by thinking of them in chunks as opposed to individual notes.

I love this tutorial, but one question I've always had is....why do people say C# major instead of Dflat major? Is it easier to explain in sharp keys instead of flat keys when it comes to jazz or gospel or even CCM?
It's just I grew up playing western classical music, and it seems like Dflat major would be easier to not just explain but show on the piano.
Just wondering. 😆 Love the tutorial once again!

Good job, just a suggestion, maybe first play it through once before breaking it down. For advanced musicians like me, I can use my ears and see the notes when you play it through to figure out the whole piece. It's pretty tedious to listen to the whole 20 minute explanation of concepts I already know. The breakdown is necessary for the beginner to intermediate musician, so if you play it through first you can cater for all levels of musicians.
Having said that, I think even beginners will benefit from hearing it played through first because it creates a reference point for the song before the breakdown.
Just a suggestion to make your videos better.
