I just wore it yesterday with the Natasha D powder foundation + Lancome bronzer & lip balm in 21 and Chanel Brun Talpa and my YSL 37!!!! I’m so upset about the Givenchy. Why????? It was beloved. Beloved. A hero product. Why would they change it? Make a second version if they wanted to add a glowy powder. But I’ve seen it on and it’s a highlighter (for me). I’m 47 and want an invisible perfecting powder that sets but doesn’t mattify, glow, dry or do any circus tricks. So disappointing. Hopefully iron will sharpen iron and someone will make their competing version of it and all will be well.

I think people are exaggerating about the givenchy powder on tik Tok because I bought the reformulation and it's nice under the eyes. I don't bake and I have dry skin but I think it's really blurring and looks nice. I also like the RMS hydra powder for all over and also under the eyes 🤷♀️
I mean they put mica what beloved Hourglass has in its vanish powder. Since talc (and also the talc on its own not only talc contaminated) showed it can harm people, lab animals and cells on biological level and also those aren’t observational studies- those are analitical studies that are used in medicine with the statistical result and not only that they were combined into metanalisis. Nowdays nobody exposed any human to potential harm effect but to benefical- so basically the trials are for the meds and not etiological studies. There is even a lot of so called scientists that don’t get the ethics or level of medical evidence obviously.
What shade did you get? The new number 3 voile rose is so shimmery and highlights pores and lines. I can literally see the particles sitting on my face. Looks terrible.

I bought 3 of the old formulation givenchy powder from stylevana, it's the only place that has it instock still. I bought the new one in 02 in the mini and it's shiny for sure, looks pretty on, but not what I was looking for.
May I suggest T LeClerc Loose Powder 25 g / 0.8 oz Cnd $59. It comes in pressed and loose and many colours. I have been using it all my life, it never disappoints. I think it sill contains Talc.

I do not own the La Mer foundation, but I did try it before. I personally like the Tom Ford better, it stays on my skin longer and it’s smoother. Take this with a grain of salt because I do not own the La Mer one.

What I notice is their reduce the amount of product, the rest of it still that good as it was.
