Idk man. The DC is more expensive not just from the color difference but because it has ion plating. Witch is the process of making it more scratch resistant. Yet some people report that once thats scratched its gonna be a noticeable mark. If the normal steel is scratched you can polish it off over years. But those with ip cannot :(
