Two top best Advanced Subsidiary-level performers say it took consistent hard work for them to achieve exceptional results in the 2023 national examinations.
A former learner from Windhoek’s Delta Senior Secondary, Jonathan Louw, who dominates the top 20 AS level, has stated that consistency was the main ingredient to his academic success.
Similarly, Titus Shatimwene from Rukonga Vision School in Kavango East, who is the second-best, shared that he did not allow peer pressure to get in his way.
The two learners shared their recipe for success at the announcement of the 2023 provisional results of the Namibia Senior Secondary Certificate Ordinary Level (NSSCO) and Advanced Subsidiary level full-time and part-time candidates today at the Ministry of Education, Arts and Culture.
Louw, who aspires to become an astronaut at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), expressed gratitude to those who supported him in occupying his current position.
