Hi Drew, as I have said before your videos show me that I can fix up the floors in my mobile home.
I have not seen any other people's videos showing sistering boards or adding as much blocking to floors. I learn a lot from your videos. Thanks for posting them. 👍🏽 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Most people don’t use blocking like we do as a matter of fact when they put their plywood down they put no blocking whatsoever on their outside walls therefore leaving weak spots in the floor between the beams or the floor Joyce. I hope my videos do help you and if you keep watching I have many more things for you to learn. I love helping people. Paul loves helping people. Say hello to Paul he is my number one man.

That's what I noticed in those other videos. No blocking and no support for the floors. And my mobile has squeeky and creeky floors and I don't want to hear any of that.
I will be adding blocking in front of my sliding glass window and front door, wherever else I think it's needed. 👍🏽
Blocking is key to a great job. Not good job. But great job. I want my work to be great. No exceptions.

Thank you for sharing your workmanship. I myself in a double wide mobilehome and some issues I have. First of a few are under belly, which is been open and not rightly repaired. The year is 1993. Problems not many seems to want the challenge I guess? Have any jesters.

Thank you so much. We do our best to be better then the next contractor. I get disgusted when I see some of the work other people have done. I don’t wanna be the guy that somebody goes behind and says oh my god look at this crap. I want them to say. Wow. This guy went over board

I bid the job and say if we have extra we will do time and material. Not much material mostly time. I make videos so I can always show what we did that was extra. So far I only have about 40 hrs extra total between paul and I. X around 30 to 35 dollars an hr. So 20 each plus all the underbelly and reframing.

It doesn’t matter 1 ton two-tone 10 ton whatever you decide to get 2000 pounds is a lot so that’s plenty

Hey Drew, I've been watching quite a few of your videos. One sugggestion I have. Try and keep them shorter. Like no more than 20 minutes. This video for instance It is just too long and full of filler, I think. Need to get to the point(s) and skip the bs stuff.
