We stayed in Family Harbour area on our last cruise on Carnival Vista??? (Can't remember which ship!). But it was amazing! About 45 people in our group with quite a few kiddos and it was great having the area for the kids to hang out, play games, have breakfast, snacks, etc or just watch TV. Nice for the adults too to have a place to have coffee and just talk when kids were resting! Oceanview cabins are my all time favorite!!
I shared this suite on Carnival Vista with my daughter and her three daughters. Other family members were in Family Harbor cabins nearby. We loved being so close to the water, the convenience of the separate tv's so the kids and cousins could hang out in their own area (sometimes for overnight), the ease of getting little ones quickly cleaned up with the tub in one bathroom and the shower in the other PLUS having the vanity area in the main room of our cabin when we were dressing for dinner. The Family Harbor Lounge was two doors down. We often used the Lounge for a quick breakfast or to have sandwiches after a day off the ship, or for the cousins to spend time playing cards. We had ages one through 15 in our group, plus parents, and we all agreed the Family Harbor was a thoughtful design for families. We loved it!
Great coverage of the family suite. Noticed the subtle special FX with the "self opening" refrigerator door. The extra effort was appreciated ☺️ On the cruises that I've been on, the in-room safe has always been painted black. This makes it more likely for items to be left inside on departure day. I was glad to see the all white in-room safe in your cabin. Hopefully the inside of it was a light color as well.
I am sailing on the Panorama in a few weeks and appreciate anyone who can answer a few questions for me. Does the ship have water stations to fill a personal water flask? Are there ice machines for guests to use? Do they have a formal night, if so which night is it on? And this is just a general cruise question, what do you do with wet clothes, like swim suits? We have a balcony room booked but I can’t imagine hanging your clothes on the balcony to dry is a good idea. Thank you in advance to anyone who took the time to read/answer my questions!
Hey Joanna these are all wonderful questions and we can definitely help you. First of all here are a playlist of vlogs that will help you out to get to know the ship a little bit better and what to expect on board. Carnival Panorama czcams.com/play/PLCLybRxC0VFIbyBAJacRmfLEVt85nUKj_.html To answer your question about ice and water. You will have to go to the buffet to use the water and ice dispenser is there. Put the water and ice in one of the Cups provided an import into your personal water bottle. Yes there are two formal nice. On our cruise they were 92 and six but this very frequently so please don’t hold us to it. Wet swimsuit can be hung on the clothing line in your shower! Have an incredible cruise and be sure to come over and follow us on Instagram or Facebook and DM me anytime with questions. instagram.com/CruiseTipsTV
Thank you so much for answering my questions! My family and I have been watching a ton of your videos, they’re so well done and very informative. Thank you for the invitation to follow you on IG, I’ll go do that now.
So torn between booking a family harbor suite and an ocean suite. We have two girls ages 6 and 3. My wife isnt sold on the cove balcony vs the one on deck 7 that gets more sun. Plus the ocean suite has a nicer bathroom, albeit jusT one not two like the family harbor suite.....decisions decisions.....
If you have an ocean suite or grand suite room, are you able to access the family Harbor lounge? Or is this exclusively only for people staying on deck 2 family Harbor area?

Just booked this for Thanksgiving! I'm so excited. Thank you so much for the wonderful video!
Are really like the separation of the two rooms in the Suite.
Thanks.
Thank you thank you thank you! 🙏
Can't wait to check out the Family Harbour on Mardi Gras! We got an Oceanview.
Gonna definitely book a family harbor suite

Really enjoyed this video. That's probably a room I'd go with. Are there electrical outlets next to the bed for a medical device?
Can this suite seriously fit 5 people?? I was looking to book 3 adults and 2 kids. Seems like not a good option. Is there a bunk somewhere?

@yamsi12, what did you end up booking? And would you recommend it?
Great video! How was the noise at night? I have heard those rooms are right under the kitchen and can get loud.
Hey Jeremy ! I’m not sure because we didn’t stay overnight in this cabin we just visited for a nice photo opportunity.

My understanding Robert is that it’s only for family Harbor guests ⚓️
Sardine can
tell carnival to get rid of the fruit loops... it's horrid for kids
