- Vibuthi can be prepared from different ways. We follow our ancient, traditional and sacred method of collecting, drying and processing the Indian Desi Cow Dung to make it as a Vibuthi(Holy Ash). Only the dung of native breed of cows is used to make vibhuti. The dung is made into flat circular cakes with holes at the center and dried in the sun. It is then formed into small pellets which are slowly burnt over a low flame.

The traditional method is do Gho(cow) poojai to the cows in your goshalai every month with help of a brahmana vaidheegar. And when you are making vibuthi invite a brahmana vaidheegar and do Viraja homam including ganapathi poojai while making the vibuthi. And then the vibuthi becomes sacred and energized. And also after vibuthi is ready donate some significant amount of vibuthi to any shiva temple. It's my humble suggestion.
I am saying this because you all have non veg eating habits so to avoid any dhosham hire a brahmana vaidhegar and let him conduct the rituals and prepare the vibuthi. Don't take it in wrong way, its just my suggestion.

they are lazy and not evolved to use the required proper tools. The govt don't care, people don't care and nobody cares. Even cleaning workers don't have proper safety gears.
