The SRX pace car is so damn cool!
The only driver I knew that hit the pace car was Kyle Busch. One time because it was raining and NASCAR waved the green flag and Kyle hit the wall while leading the race and when Dale Jr drove the pace car Kyle hit him to make him feel at home.

You’re probably right. This car is owned by Johnny Benson I believe
Edit: Johnny Benson drove the hot rod pace car in 2021 at Stafford for the SRX race, so it’s definitely been there before.

That's something. The pace car drivers whom we know are both ex-race drivers. The late Elmo Langley and Brett Bodine.
