I have to admit, I am in love with your compositions. They're absolutely exquisite! Everytime I hear one, I can always vividly picture scenes of gothic balls or vamperic masquerades, of which your dark Waltz' are my absolute favourites. My ipod is now full of them!

The trickster whispered softly to himself while staring at the admiration to his unknown identity, labelled by the peoples of The Smaragaid City, postered on the wall, as the Savior Of The Smaragaid City, as they are finally free from the rule of Cassius, the merciless yet menacing vampire king.
He calmly turn his face back to the widely opened wicket gate of the city hall.
He direct his feet to the ballroom, to attend the waltz to enjoy some moments before deciding his next trick.

The full moon glowed high in the sky, illuminating the world below. The rumble of thunder echoed through the heavens though there was no sign of rain to quench the earth’s thirst. Not a soul that graced the ball with their presence heard the sound for the music of an organ loudly echoed through the mansion.
All came dressed in their most expensive pieces. Intricately designed masks rested on the faces of each guest, stretching from ear to ear and concealing the identities beneath. They were paired with bold suits or large gowns that took up a great deal of surrounding space. On the velvets and satins sat jewels and crystals that reflected the light.
A string quartet joined the organ in its song when servers began to go around bearing trays that held tall glasses of a thick liquid that was presumably red wine. It did not take long before most guests had a glass in hand. Restraining their greater cravings, they sipped at the contents slowly out of feigned courtesy.
New sets of guests arrived almost every minute. The mansion, in turn, seemed to grow to accommodate them all. Chatter filled every room. Despite their masks, friends that had not seen each other in near lifetimes managed to find themselves. Their laughter bounced off the walls as they recounted halcyon memories of their youth and when pure blood coursed through their veins.
Singers added another layer to the music. The moonlight shone through the stained-glass windows, casting the ballroom in hues of incarnadine and zaffre. Couples danced, seeming to think their grand raiment were nothing more than mere rags. As though their every action was choreographed, they moved perfectly in time. However, the mirrors could not capture the astonishing spectacle.
A new guest brought a sound louder than the music. Through the main doors entered a maiden in a cashmere ballgown with a lace bodice in stunning ivory. The gown boasted a neckline encrusted in diamonds that shimmered incandescently. Her mask, likewise, was made of ivory lace that emphasized the vibrant red that coated her lips.
As she made her way through the crowd, other guests stopped conversations to watch as she passed, fangs extending greedily under masks. Considering the calibre of this ball, they controlled their base desires and did nothing but let her through. She naïvely believed the attention was because of her beauty and her ballgown.
On her reaching the ballroom, the dancers seemed to stutter in their movements. The loud thumping of her lone heartbeat was the only thing that could inhibit their synchronization. They recovered quickly and she watched longingly as they moved in harmony.
“Mademoiselle,” she soon heard a low voice behind her say.
She turned and looked up at the tall 'gentleman' behind her. In contrast to the soft ivory of her attire, he was clad solely in black. His green eyes shone like those of a wildcat stalking its prey.
“Yes?”
"An angelic creature like yourself should not go unaccompanied much longer," he said in a whisper, leaning in. “May I have the honor of dancing with you tonight?”
She smiled, a blush rising to her cheeks. “I don’t see why not,” she replied coyly.
And so they danced, moving slowly to the cantabile resonance of the violoncello, out of sync with those around them. He held her close, day and night in a tight embrace. Neither the ballroom nor the curious or expectant looks from the other dancers were able to steal their attention. His verdant eyes held her captive, glistening with an enrapturing brilliance. She drowned in them and everything in their immediate surroundings melted away.
In her glamoured haze, she didn't notice her lone reflection swaying in the mirror.

I feel the need to dress in a dark rich red outfit styled for a masquerade and go to a dance and waltz the night away while listening to this haunting and enchanting music.
I know you posted this a while ago but this is similar to what you commented! This whole playlist inspired me to throw a masquerade for my upcoming sweet 16th party, and when I say i want everyone in Victorian Era styled dresses and outfits I mean I want that! Oh and I plan to play similar songs at the party of course! :D

Some of my absolute favourites.
As the music swells the couples spin round and round looking for their next partner to feast upon. The final dance of the night is never ending as the pairs spin and switch partners the dance begins again and again. The skirts billow out as the scene grows, faster and faster the pairs spin. Overhead a crow watches and drops to the floor. The dancers pay no mind as they make merry through the night, standing upon the dead bird, piercing it with heeled shoes, stamping upon it with heavy boots, and dragging it with flowing skirts. The endless night goes on as the hypnotic music carries through the air, the choir sings as their throats become dry and skeletal, the dancers have long died and the bird was the only living thing to try and interrupt the party in centuries. The host claps on to the beat of the music, face contorted in an everlasting grin. A rose garden outside the window has overgrown covering the estate in a bloody red, the thorns holding the ballroom hostage. And so the party continues, never ending. This dance of the dead shall never end as long as there is music.

As she stands in the corner watching the couples dance, a young man with chocolate brown eyes leans against the wall next to her, she ignores him for a few minutes then he asks, “Shall we dance? My lady.” She looks at him and gives a small nod.
Later that night she sits with him in the garden, he leans in for a kiss, but he takes more than just her first kiss, he takes her Humanity. Then they spent the rest of eternity dancing in the abandoned halls of castle Dracul.

Ah the Masquerade! A beautiful event filled with creatures of unearthly origin: all of them lies, yet still partially true. The mask may present a false face but that face was chosen for a reason and so, that lie is also a truth. Intrigue abounds as these creatures scheme and seek to further only themselves. As the spin and dance a new truth is revealed, our greatest monsters. The folk who are most inhuman. The Fae who would destroy all humankind, is us.

Don't you just hate that one feeling, you are trying to express it through poems,words but it doesn't make any sense, you remain silent for some minutes trying to figure out what you are feeling but in the end you realise you can't describe it, so you feel weird about how you are a human being and can't even understand your own body,feelings,emotions,
You feel dissapointed,
You look around to see if anyone else is as confused as you.
The thought of life comes rushing in your mind, you get all dramatic and tired of it, dark deep thoughts come in your mind leaving you speechless, wanting to end it all and fall asleep forever.
No motivation to do anything since we are all going to die at some point.
@Χρυσή Πετρίδου I’ve found that when I can’t find the words to describe how I’m feeling, screaming really loudly usually does the trick.
On a more serious note, though, it is possible to sympathize with others even if you haven’t personally experienced what they’re going through. It is possible to imagine how you’d feel if it were happening to you, even if it’s never happened to you.
Exactly how I feel most of the time…

Louis entered the great salon where every guest couple danced at their own rythm,but his eyes were solely focused on a lonely person that wasn't celebrating the patron's birthday.Walking towards him,he got close enough to whisper at his ear:"Fancy seeing you here alone.Not enjoying the music?". He smirk to himself at the small shiver the other made,a smile that grew as it was Lestrat the lonely partner. The vampires gave each other a bow and without any words,they went to the centre of the ball to dance to the eerie music. The audience was in awe with their grace and passion,but they were invisibles to the two friends, who for the rest of the night nevwr took eyes off the other, heart and mind connected in the moment. Yet Louis knew,deep down,that these dance would come to an end...And before the song ended,he grabbed Lestrat by the waist,earning a cute squeak of surprise,and burrowed his face in the man's neck, his fangs grazimg the pale skin."One more song?" He asked,looking up from his eyelashes."One more"growled his partner,his arms linked the other's neck and desire burning in his bright gold eyes.

When "The Vampire Masquerade - Organ Version" Started to play I got shivers, these songs are so beautiful and they give me so much inspiration when I write.
Once upon a time there lived a handsome prince his eyes like Emeralds his hair like gold. For his birthday there was a masquerade waltz held in the palace.
The fairly beautiful ladies attended to catch just one glimpse of the handsome prince. Famous artists,nobles, and other princes also attended but it was a web ...web of lies
All of them were there to plot against the prince....for he was the favored son of the emperor and a capable heir for the throne....they started their discussion meanwhile the prince was dancing with beautiful ladies from the capital but none of them catched his heart....after dancing ...the prince went to the balcony to get away from the havoc of masked people....he stared at the illuminating moon then glanced at the garden of white Rose's below.....to his surprise there was a lady dressed in a white dress under the illuminating moon ....her snow like skin, her star like shining silver hair, he couldn't identify the color of her eyes but he guessed it was grey ...a sudden feeling came to him ... to his surprise he wanted to know her name but he hadn't asked the names of any woman he danced with.... his legs moved without hesitation...he rushed to the stairs leading towards the garden there he saw the silver lady...her back turned against him..he cleared his throat to get her to turn towards him ...disturbed in admiring the Rose's ,she quickly turned ..... a man appeared out of nowhere. Tall ,eyes like the green forests ..sunkissed anyone could tell who was this stranger,front of him the short yet enchantingly beautiful. maybe moonkissed?.....he reached out his hand to her while she was amused ...she who had come with with a diffrent intention or anywomen attending this royale ball..kmew this was her chance.. he asked her *May I have this dance mylady*she was silent for awhile ...after a awkward silence ...she just nodded ....the prince pulled her hand and started dancing and then their eyes met ....the prince was wrong the lady's eyes were not grey but like beautiful sapphires they danced and danced till it was midnight ......the lady stopped suddenly and took out a knife and the prince just smiled at her blankly realizing why she had a knife...tears poured down her cheeks...as the green eyes man infront of her smiled knowing what it meant... instead of stabbing him she stabbed herself remembering what her father told her "Do not disappoint me and the the eldest prince.. kill him and prove that u arent like the worthless mother which bore you"
In a blink of a eye the silver haired lady infront of him had become a breathless corpse which couldn't move anymore..
"Haha....how miserable......
prince amused at what just happened started crying helplessly ...he laughed at himself and thought that he just met her barely a moment ago and he fell into the forbidden ache ....to the extent that he killed every one in that palace....then he reached out to his sword covered in the blood of the nobles and aristocrats that were present in the ball...he held the sword and kept staring at it..he said * Tch haha now i am imagining things! How can such beauty like u silver lady?just how? Can u resemble a sword!*
While staring at the sapphire embedded on the handle of the silver sword.....he held the sword at his chest and stabbed himself....hoping to meet the silver lady with a smile on her face and not a fake smile or a sad face......
*Every year waltz music could be heard from the palace and itz said that the soul of the moonlight lovers meet each other and dance till the music stops*...

Elegance, Beauty, Love, and Death is what this ball is about... The nobles and higher ups either dance or chat with one another, while the king and queen sit on their golden throne thats beautifully made by a perfectionist of arts...
The people dance with joy and grace but behind those smiles hides a sickening sadistic true sides of all these guests.
They all have dark secrets which they dont want to share so they hide their true selves behind a mask which hides the truth and identity...

I'm so happy that you have done this ever since I listened to this type of music I have always pictured myself dancing to it in a great big ballroom with big dresses men in suits just dancing the night away wearing masks and I so wished I could do that in real life but i'll just settle for my imagination instead great job as always
Well, if you would come to Vienna, Austria during the ball season (the season starts every year on November the 11th and ends somewhere in February) you could attend a masquerade. Such a ball exists here and it's happening every year.

I entered the ballroom. The gothic decoration give thrills to my body. Then I heard the opera play a piece that made my hair stand up.
Then I was gobsmacked for I see one of the most beautiful noblewomen. Her smile radiated the ballroom, her hips sway as if she owns it all. Her white face was covered by a mask made of feathers and gold. She approaches me and I gave her my hand for I felt so little in her presence. I kiss her soft hands covered by gloves. Her smell is making my heart beat like a drum.
"Would you like to dance my lady?" I ask. She smiled widely and her light green eyes pierce my feeble soul. We dance and dance until the day but when I wake up she is nowhere to be seen for she is the Vampire Queen.
king : " ah , our majestic vampire prince is here for the ceremony . BRING THE WALTZ IN . "

queen (lol) : " i expected you to introduce me your muse , do you find one ? "
" no mother , i wanted to spend my time discover the world . there has to be some abandoned kingdom that we can move to . plus , these princesses are not suitable for me , they deserve better . "
queen : " no talking about moving a new kingdom , young man . i wanted a new heir for the throne . not a new place to end our lives . besides , the world doesn't accept us , we have to empower ourselves and show them who we are . "

*he saw someone in the witched forest , lost away from home , brought by storm , a ladylike figure was full of tiredness due to being lost into the woods*

*he went out from the castle and into the forest to find the lady*

?? : " IS ANYONE THERE ?? HELP ME PLEASE ! "

*the prince saw the hole and grabbed some strings from nearest tree he can get from and throw it down the hole*

(oh yeah , to shorten up the story , the prince asked the lady to stay and gave her a ball dress , asked her if she glad to join the ball and she said "yes" . the queen saw him entered the castle with unusual scent . so the queen asked him where he has been , the prince said that he was from the forest , saving someone . the queen asked again who did he saved , and the prince answered that he did not know but the person is in the guess room . so , you know . the queen went to the room and saw a human girl with sweet scent that they can't resist the indulgeness .

after days , the girl still stayed at the castle but with danger , the queen tries to kill her , only to get the blood that was a god-opportunity . but there's one problem , the prince . he seems to fall with the lady , oh shet a vampire and a human hooooooooo . okay , the prince knew she was a human and has the powerfull scent that he also can't resisit . but heh , love tho . l o v e . he don't want the girl know that he was a vampire because he knews that her kind might kill his kind if they knew about this . but hm , i'm too lazy to type cuz its fr 2 am so bye hehe)

but he can't help it, his feet bring him closer to the being belongs to those eyes, as if he didn't have any control of his limbs at all. and he is not even sure if he wants to have those control too, his insides feel hot, uncomfortable, urging him to get closer, closer, and faster as if he is afraid, so afraid he will lose sight of those beautiful eyes.
finally, after what felt like hundreds of years, he stood in front of the painfully beautiful creature, he wants to talk, ask about anything and nothing, he didn't care. but his mouth feels like it's filled with lead, all the thought he has flown out of his head, scattered like a dry leave in the autumn evening after faced by this impossibly beautiful creature. he didn't even ask or object when the beauty take his hand and lead him into a dark hidden alcove, his heart long to give and give anything and everything to this beautiful creature, anything.

I have never heard such beautiful orchestrated music in my life, I wish I could listen to this music forever.
A girl walks in an empty hall, walking on the path made by moonlight on a dusty, velvet carpet. Silky as a spider web curtains dance as the wind blows in the dark hallway. The girl makes her way towards colossal wooden doors. As she opens them, a loud thump echoed through the ball room. She walked into the room with cracked windows, big as trees, and stopped in the centre.
The silence in the room was loud. With no person alive except the young girl. Only her soft breaths could have been heard, and the subtle music of the wind.
But the wind brought this mystical orchestra music with it too. It was quiet at the first, but it got louder and louder in seconds.
Then, with a loud crash, a dark, mysterious being flew through the window. It stopped in front of the young girl.
The girl smiled: "Long time no see."
The dark mysterious being suddenly transformed into a tall, elegant lady, covered in black. Her dress, looking as if it was made for her and her only, gracefully dropped one the ground. Her eyes, golden as the sun, shined brightly in the dark. She leaned towards the young girl.
"Did you miss me?"
She asked. Her beautiful voice echoed through the whole ball room.
"Very."
The young girl grinned. She jumped in for a hug, at the same time kissing the lady's dark lips.
The elegant lady looked very pleased, but soon the satisfactory in her eyes disappeared, leaving pain and sorrow of the realisation instead.
"I am sorry. We won't be able to see each other. Ever again. We can't."
She looked away, trying to hide the sadness in her eyes.
"No, we're not."
The young girl looked very serious and sure. She hugged her lover even more tightly and firmly.
"But, how? You can't possibly mean-"
"Yes, I mean it. Make me one of you."
The lady looked at her in disagreement, and shook her head.
"No, absolutely not. You don't want to live for an eternity. And you know that it doesn't always work. I don't want to murder the love of my life."
"I have already made my mind. I want to spend the eternity with you. You must do it. Please."
Young girl looked at the lady, hoping she will agree.
The lady let out a sigh.
"It looks like I just can't say no to you. But be ready, because this hurts."
The girl moved her hair from her neck, and moved her head slightly, revealing her skin to her lover.
The elegant lady, covered in black, has bitten her lover with her sharp, long teeth. The young girl screamed from pain, as her blood was being sucked out.
The lady stopped, terrified of what she had done. Her lover fell in her arms, her pale skin looked whiter than the first snow.
As the lady began to weep on her dead lover's chest, the music got louder than ever.
The young girl opened her eyes, red as the finest wine, and looked at her crying lover.
"...We did it , darling."
She smiled as the lady tilted her head up, looking at her with widened eyes.
"We did it."
The lady jumped in happiness, spinning her lover in the rhythm of the music. They were dancing their hearts out, both crying out of joy, pleased that they were going to be together,
forever.

Hey guys! Here is a collection of Waltz’s i have composed over time. Most of these waltz’s are vampire themed with a Masquerade feeling to them. All these songs are scattered over several of my albums and are available on iTunes / Bandcamp / Google / Amazon etc. This will be the last upload of mine until October 1st where the “Dark month begins”.
