Changing The Settings On The AKTA Avant in Unicorn. Most Helpful Thing Ever!

In this video we discuss how to change the System Settings in the Control Module of Unicorn Chromatography software. We use an AKTA Avant as an example but this could be applied to any system like the AKTA Pure, Pilot or Go. Here we change the defaults of the Avant's fraction collector, pressure limit, and pump wash volume.

I have been using a pause at the end of the run. The chromatogram does not like this. Peak shifts to the left changing from volume to time.
