2nd time being shadow banned

my thoughts on why I got shadow banned was because I had thee Vangaurd Zombie camo.... and I worked hard getting that camo... when Activision looks at my game play, and sees that I don't hack.. shouldn't there be a penalty for the 3 spectators that spam reported me ????
