Wanted to drop this mnemonic for anyone who needs help with the borders of the Epiploic (Winslow's) Foramen (from Dirty's most updated Anatomy High Yield video):
Winslow Ate Half of the PIe! Should've Called It 1st
Ate Half = Anterior - Hepatoduodenal ligament
P.I.e = Posterior = IVC
Shouldve Called = Superior - Caudate Lobe (of Liver)
It 1st = Inferior - 1st part of the duodenum

Another Mnemonic for pancoast tumor
PAM is Horny . The triad of Horner's syndrome is
Ptosis
Anhydrosis
Miosis
think of it as a PAMcoast tumor.

Ptosis
Loss of cilio spinal reflex
Enophthalmos
I think this is widely used in India.
