Thank you for your help mate as I've been wanting to know this info for ages as I know people who do this but have never told me as to how to do it ; I'm using an Optus X smartphone & there doesn't seem to be any way of achieving this , however , what I've managed to find is by going into the "call" window & tapping on the 3 dots in the upper R.H. corner of the screen ( next to the mic icon ) & then goto "settings" & then into "Call Settings" & then into "GSM Call Settings" , "Additional Settings" I see an area marked Caller ID , by tapping on that I can change my settings or cancel them if I choose to ; I hope that this'll help others out there should they have the same type of phone as I do as I couldn't do this going by your video.
