I want to go on a cruise. This will be my first one. Do you recommend a planner or do you plan your own itinerary?

Hey lovely! I recommend you planning it yourself. It’s pretty simple. Once you book your trip, you’re able to manage your itinerary on the app or website. That way you can secure everything that YOU want without the worry of someone trying to up sell you on other products. Take excursions for example, it will list the activities, prices, and requirements for each event. And if you have any additional questions, you can always call customer service for assistance.
Do you have to check in your bags or can you roll it around yourself? And what time can you actually go to your room
From my understanding, you are permitted to bring aboard a personal item and/or carry on bag (similar to a plane ride). Typically, you are allowed to go to your room as soon as you board. Your room keys/sea passes are left in an envelope outside your room, so as long as your room is ready for check in, you’re able to enter.
When did you go? Because if you are vaccinated you don’t need a covid test
We went the beginning of this month and they asked us to present our covid test before boarding.
Did you buy the food and activities separate from the cruise price
We only paid for the food and activities while we were off of the ship. The food and activities onboard were included. ♥️
Hey question I was told you don't need a passport . Is it for certain restaurants on the island ?
Yes, they asked us to show identification and our COVID vaccination cards at the restaurant. You don’t need a passport for the cruise.
So you need a passport for the cruise and the restaurants in the Bahamas? What do the accept if you don't have one?
If you don’t have a passport, you can provide your birth certificate and photo ID.
