Aura Sleeping Mask Review - Don't Waste Your $$$

    In my view, the Aura Sleeping Mask is a waste of time and money. Misleading reviews, as my honest verified reviews were deleted to try and maintain their unverified 5 star reviews - and I wasn't the only one. aura-circle.com/products/aura...
    My experience was poor support for an overly priced $300+ product. Not much better than a $30 Bluetooth headset, 10 times the price on Amazon rb.gy/3t498g.
    The user guide lacked details on key features. Brief and unhelpful videos, small audio library. App not intuitive or user-friendly. I couldn't achieve the claims they say on their website about 100% blackout and uncomfortable head band cut into my ears.
    Kickstarter pricing felt deceptive as I paid the 'special price' intro price of around $300 up front, and its currently trying to be sold for $300+, so I felt ripped off.
    Over many weeks I requested a refund, but just got no response from founder, support or refund policy dept. Finally after many attempts and poor reviews they provided me a refund and I returned the sleep mask. So I initially decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and not post this review video. But now I see they continue to delete non 5 star reviews even after they told me they would seriously look into it. aura-circle.com/products/aura... as at 29th Feb 2024.

    As Aura are continuing to delete less than 5 star reviews on their website, even though I have brought it to their leadership a number of times I now feel compelled to counter balance their behaviour (which I personally feel is unethical, deceptive, misleading and lacks integrity) to help all potential buyers beware.
    HERE IS AURA'S LATEST RESPONSE & MINE BELOW:

    MY RESPONSE
    If you “UNDERSTAND and RESPECT the importance of HONEST feedback, whether positive or negative” why do you CONTINUALLY DELETE less than 5 star reviews that allow potential buyers then opportunity to make FAIR and HONEST purchasing decisions?
    MISLEADING customers that all your reviews are 5 stars seems to be in direct contrast with your, as you say, “policy aimed at maintaining a CONSTRUCTIVE and RESPECTFUL environment.” In fact, some would say it is the complete opposite - down right MISLEADING, UNETHICAL and MANIPULATIVE.
    If your company policy is based on, as you say “fairness and integrity, ensuring that the feedback we (you) display remains authentic and valuable to our community” why do you continue to misleadingly delete less than 5 star ‘verified’ reviews?
    I am glad you “sincerely appreciate” my continued input and feedback in bringing any ethical and integrity business concerns to our attention.

    How would you compare it to silent mode mask? Silent mode mask was black out and also noise block out.

    thx mate, was looking for reviews for Aura or Dreamlight but both look very expensive and not worth it
    will also stick to a normal 30 bucks bluetooth sleepmask

    I dont really get the point of the video. First up expensive compared to what the lumos at £240 or the manta a sound at £145. Yes you can buy a £30 amazon one so why did you buy the Aura? The only feature it has that the manta and the cheap amazon ones dont have is the wake up light which is a main feature yet you made no reference to it whatsoever. Not a great review. If the only difference is the wake up light you should have commented on the light otherwise why did you spend $300 on it?
