  • Poricha Pathiri | പൊരിച്ച പത്തിരി
Poricha Pathiri is a traditional North Kerala tea time snack. It's essentially a type of deep-fried flatbread or pancake made with rice flour, grated coconut, and spices. The dough is rolled out into thick discs, fried until golden and crispy, and served hot. It's often enjoyed as a snack or as part of a meal, accompanied by coconut chutney or spicy curries. The dish has a wonderful combination of textures, with the crispiness of the fried exterior contrasting with the softness of the inside. Overall, it's a flavorful and satisfying treat that's beloved in South Indian cuisine.
    Enjoy!!
