Drink more warm beverages than cold ones! Tea, especially green tea, and warm up your drinking water when you can. I drink more warm water during the winter/cold days than summer. It soothes and warms my overall throat internally.

I've always had a deeper voice, but I also do a lot of voices and impressions that are a much higher pitch than my natural voice. I can absolutely confirm that everything in this video, IMO, is quite accurate lol! Going from Morgan Freeman to Mickey mouse gets very different reactions🤣
I'm also practicing making higher pitches for fun. It's hard for me to make my voice higher aside from copying mickey mouse. Though I'd rather that than have a high voice at all times
I am a famous voice actor I can speak soft and I can speak with a deep masculine voice but at times I don't know which voice will come out but regardless my world renowned voice will never put me in a drought.

I can't believe they made the silly mistake of saying playing the video at 2x speed would raise the pitch. That was true with analog recordings where playing the record of tape faster caused a frequency rise. Not do with digital recordings where sound is a series of analog to digital samplings.The digital value will not change with higher playback speeds, it will just be faster.

I don't want a deep manly voice since I am a woman. I just don't want my voice to be all of a sudden without me wanting it to jumping to a much higher pitch all of a sudden and then going right back down to normal again while I am not singing. That started happening now that I am an elder.
