Thank you brother for your transparency, honesty and integrity. I will touch base with you and 5 others on my team of mentors specifically in other expert areas. You can tile halfway andvthe paint the other half. It gives a contrast and you can change the paint colour every couple of years.

@@AfricaBuildingHub I am building in Ashifla but personally I do not like floor to ceiling tiling especially in the kitchen. Tile behind the stove sink etc. But the rest is paint I like to change my kitchen colour at least every 3 to 4 years

If building on a small budget, why not consider buying african made tiles. There is a lot of variety, plus the prices are more reasonable. These tiles aren't promoted enough
