I worked at Media Station when we made that game. I was the title designer on it, which basically means I wrote what happens in the game, the logic for it, and the dialogue. Was the best job I ever had.

As I am watching this playthrough random things pop up that I remembered. Fun fact: the only reason I know I played this game was that apparently at the time I had a speech impediment that prevented me from saying the first letter of every word, so it was a challenge for my parents to not make my say "Puzzle Castle" in front of friends and family.
My uncle was a computer engineer, who opened a shop for Computer training in Damascus, Syria back in the 90s, not a lot of people had computers back then, but fortunately he was able to build me one!, he gave me this game to try, and I was so impressed with the adventures, the most interesting part to me about this game is the art and the environment, you could click on anything and always something will happen, Thank you so much!
One other comment about Puzzle Castle. David Gregory was the CEO of Media Station, but he was also a professor at the University of Michigan. He wrote all the music for Puzzle Castle. Puzzle Castle was our fifth title, and he wanted it jam-packed with animation. If you compare it to our earlier titles, like The Lion King or George Shrinks, you'll see it has 2 or 3 times the animation of those titles.
I just finished reverse-engineering the game data files and ripping all the music (also including the four CD audio tracks) for a friend who grew up with it. Music is now up on my channel. Cheers!

I have A LOT of Fond Memories not only of the Book that inspired this Game but Also of Playing Puzzle Castle on my Computer in the 90s.
