    High PE is danger but need to compare with industry PE.
    More than industry pe which mean there is a high demand to the scrip is point I understood but I don't prefer to buy..

    Problem of giving high P/E ratio is on two sides.. eps may reduce hence further increasing P/E ratio triggering the selling … on the other way, stock price may fall to bring the P/E ratio down to the right value… correctly explained sir..

    As you said, for a high PE stock, if the Earnings is growing very fast, then without the share price going down, the PE will come down.

      @Pranav S my investment style is aggressive .. may not be suitable for everyone.. I have 80% small cap and micro caps 🧢 .. because I don’t see any value in large and mid caps now.. all stocks in large and mid caps are already trading at double the historical 5 years PE ratio

      தாக்கப்பட்டது என்றாலும் அவை நீடித்த வளர்ச்சியைக் கொண்டுள்ளன. பெரிய வளர்ச்சி இல்லை என்றாலும் முதலுக்கு மோசமில்லை 10% வளர்ச்சி கூடப் போதும். அதுவே குறைவான PE என்று போய் விழுந்தால் கதை கந்தல்தான் அப்படி ஏமாந்தது pricol

    Thank you for posting this Sir, really informative video...
    I have a doubt for quite some time now. Why are PSU stocks with low PE and good dividend yield not being considered as viable alternatives to products like bank FDs? My thought process is, low PE will protect downside to some extent and high dividend yield will ensure returns better than FD. I don't see many of my friends enthusiastic about such stocks and am so not sure what I am missing..
    It would be great if you can post a video on this topic..TIA ..

      lets say you start a business for Rs 50000 as capital and you get this from 50 people each 1000(consider 1000/share) and the business yields 25000 as profit , this 25000 is divided by 50 is eps i.e 500 is the eps for this scenario
