  • Laura Spokes studied fashion design in Milan and interior design in South Africa but has always had a sort of natural affinity for aesthetics. Ever since Laura and her husband Paul relocated to South Africa they’ve lived in Constantia, a beautiful suburb at the foot of Table Mountain.
The couple lives in a clutter-free yet lush home that includes select pieces, like a Kate Moss artwork, that adds intrigue and character and is off-set against a backdrop of casual and rustic colours.
Building a farm and wetland area eventually made the house into one with its environment. If losing a Koi to the local wildlife was the price of admission into the ecosystem, Paul has paid his duties.
Like the trees, Paul and Laura have put down permanent roots here - and are flourishing.

Breathtaking. How big is the land? How much did the land cost? And how much did the building cost in total?
