- A small tribute build of Dragon 6730 Michael Wittmann Tiger.
This is actually my first 1/35 Dragon build and first Tiger tank. A tremendous kit this was and a dream to build. This video is made with historical happenings in mind and I respect the sensitivity of the period.

fantastic job as a kid i to used to build and paint these ww2 kits and soldiers in very fine detail i was fascinated by the German uniforms and the insignia also by the vehicles and tanks etc . i used to spend weeks building and painting i got a great deal of pleasure from it sadly now at 59 my eyes are just not up to the task but they are good enough to see the love that went into this . . well done sir a fine tribute to an amazing man

The tank is very well done, it really looks solid, amazing. The figures look like a gay boy band.
good dio, good job, good music, good painting, everything is nice but.....you just have to paint the extinguisher in green,not in red please...and it will be perfect !

If he hadn't died when he did, he would have had to upgrade to a Tiger II (King Tiger) to get a longer barrel to showcase his kills...

@@timtamtung - No doubt we will never see any tank aces in the future that will come close to the skills and kill counts of what the Germans managed during WWII. Btw amazing model you made, wish I had just a 1/10 of your skills :)

@@tavish4699 Ich bin da anderer Meinung, nicht jeder kämpfende Soldat der Waffen SS war ein Verbrecher. Gerade Michael Wittmann genießt auch bei ehemaligen Feinden großen Respekt. Viele Wehrmachteinheiten waren froh diese Divisionen an Ihrer Seite zu haben. Ja der Rassenwahn, die Naziideologie und v. a. der illegale Angriffskrieg gegen Russland und die Order ohne jegliche Rücksichtnahme vorzugehen waren ein Verbrechen und haben berechtigterweise in die Niederlage geführt. Wir sollten aber nicht der uns von den Alliierten aufoktroierten einseitigen Geschichtsschreibung folgen. Ohne eigene Identität und Anerkennung unserer Vorväter und der eher unvermeidlichen zwei Weltkriege (neuere Forschung) laufen wir Gefahr, dass wir wieder in einen von - in Abstieg befindlichen US-/ UK Imperium inszenierten (CIA Maidan-Putsch) Konflikt geraten. Auf CZcams Speeches from George Friedman Germany & Russia (Stratfor, Think Tank), wichtigstes Ziel der USA-Aussenpolitik der letzten hundert Jahre war ein Bündnis zwischen Deutschland und Russland zu verhindern. Umstrittener als Wittmann war Joachim Peiper, verurteilt nach den Malmedy trials und später begnadigt, sehr zweifelhafte USA-Entscheidungen. Heute eher zweifelhaft, ob es ein Malmedy-Massaker gab und Joachim Peiper eine Schuld trägt. Interessante eigene deutsche Geschichte.
