DM intake is up with new TMR Mixer on Ridgeview Dairy in Alberta

Kevin Slomp took over the family dairy in Monarch, Alberta, Canada and noticed a significant increase in dry matter intake and butter fat after buying a Jaylor 4425 TMR Mixer. The farm has been in the family for 3 generations and he's hoping his son will carry on the tradition providing top quality milk to the province. The ration is about a 60% ratio of home-grown feeds from the 2 quarters (320 acres) of irrigated land they farm.
