He totally read my mind there...they should ALL go to therapy! Jokes aside, finding the right professional (say, one with whom you can feel free to speak about all your worries and happy times) is not always easy, but for someone who actually found the right specialist, I definitely recommend it. And people, to be honest, we all have some anxiety issues at least, so why not work through them?
