Clear and crisp sound, remarkable voice. Some of the best over the last years. Thought that kind of music was lost.
I think Samuel T. Herring voice is better live than on CD.

Such a great bass line. Simple, brilliant, groovy.
I definitely I like this version better than the album recording, Sam's style is a little more staccato (ie there's a little more space between the words), which (I feel) really fits the song. He really gets into it after the first chorus. I think Will felt it too, like when he smiles at 1:16 right after Sam sings "One step takes. Me. Home." (if you listen you that part on the album, you can definitely hear a little difference)

Daz Dee I agree wholeheartedly agree. it's probably one of the only songs I know all the lyrics to. his breathy/ exaggerated tone pushes the music. I love when people appreciate future islands
