i uploaded the png image file (less than 2 mb) and I am not seeing the file in the My File menu
Unfortunately, this website works very bad at the moment. When I filmed the video, it was around 1 minute to upscale the image and now it takes more than a few hours or more. I think your problem is related to the same issue. I will find the new tool and share with you soon.

DPI enhancer then upscale for best results?
I didn’t check it yet. But it can be impossible because of the limit in 10 Mb per image.

Yes, could be. I tried to upscale a good-quality photo twice, but after the first upscale it became more than 10 Mb.

Indeed. Unfrotunately now iw too many people in the same time want to upscale their images and this service can't cope with it... Too weak CPU for such amount of users (
