Write the names, print the message.
I second this đđŒ
Third this
Sticker paper could be handy for the printed message, too!
Print the message onto some coloured paper too - maybe a deliberate colour change like a shiny silver or a grey.
Love the handwritten name tags, makes it feel more personal and unique!! Grats!
Agree đ
Absolutely agree! đ I do think the print did look a little primary. I say the possible hand cramps will be worth it.
You have beautiful handwriting!
The photo both with your parents was so heart warming
Booths in the booth!
So cute!!
Righg
I was literally going to say the same thing â€
As a wedding photographer number your tables for the escort cards. Whenever anyone does something creative like, youâre sitting at table Eiffel Tower it takes ages for anyone to find their seats. Simple is always best and no one will judge you :)
the beginning of this vlog with Grace and Honor made me remember the vlog they did years ago talking about their Future Husbands and Future Weddings. I get a tear our Little Gracie is all grown up!!!
This brought a tear to my eye. I remember spending time with my parents before I got married and left home 6 years ago now. Treasure your parents, guys. Grace seems like such a sweet daughterâ€
Love the wedding favors! Hand writing the names is so much more personal. Printing the message will save time and the contrast of the white background paper is attractive. So happy for you! Wishing you and your fiance a beautiful wedding with many happy memories and a long, happy marriage with many blessings.
Was going to say the same!
GRACE! Omg, once again it was so sweet and wild to run into you at Borough! Thanks so much for stopping and chatting - the day out looks so fun! Sending love đ
It is so great to see the gorgeous Mama Booth again! I love your family dynamic. I know it's a big step to move out of the family home (which I'm guessing is the plan), particularly with your homesickness but that's the really amazing thing about marrying someone you (clearly) love so much; they become your home! I have loved seeing you develop from a uni student to the person you are today and being a part of your journey has been soul-warming! Just seeing your confidence in filming in public, interacting with fans etc speaks for your inner growth. You are going to make THE most incredible wife and I'm so excited for your next chapter. I hope we get to come along for the ride but if not I so understand why and appreciate you existing, regardless â€
That's such a sweet message â€
The thing we all love about you is the pure joy you take in everything you do. Wherever you decide to go for your honeymoon, I know that you will make it special and magical. Thank you for just being you and I wish you all the best in this new chapter of your life.
For my dads 80th I used tags like the ones you have and I used mini letter stampâs and printed everyoneâs names on them (can send you a pic if it helps) but all will look fabâŠ.your guests will love whatever you do đ
that is what i was going to suggest was maybe a stamp for the quote but hand write the names for the more personal touch
i like the handwritten tags much more, you could get a custom wedding stamp for the message on the back, they have cute weddings stamps on etsy and they're quite cheap xx
The parents day!!! Melted my heart with how wholesome đ„Č x
Tokyo for your honeymoon. It's beautiful, easy to navigate and everyone is beyond friendly.
almafi coast for the honey moon - perfect blend of good food, culture, lovely walks and stunning views! could do a cooking class out there!
Mother Booth is lovely. We don't see enough of her. xx
Handwriting is lovely for the place names. You donât really need the message either - the name looks great on its own. For our tables at our wedding we used the names of different venues that weâd been to gigs at over the years e.g Electric Ballroom, Download Festival etc
You are like the perfect blend between your mum and dad
I was going to comment the same thing!
Definitely handwritten, your guests will see that you took the time and will make it more personal, it will also be a lovely memory for them of yours and Ricks special day âșïž
Her âtwo hours laterâ then âokee dokee artichokeeâ and then her dough punch all in a row made me laugh. I love how dorky and quirky she is. So fun and wholesome
Cant wait to actually see your wedding day video vlog đ everything looks lush & scrumptious đ
Finally seeing your beautiful mom properly in the video!! Love it đđ€©đ„°
My vote is handwritten tags for sure! Aruba was a beautiful getaway for a honeymoon.. The most perfect weather and beaches. Not sure how long of a trek it would be from the UK, but it was a perfect honeymoon destination.
I made the cinnamon roll recipe too but broke my KitchenAid stand mixer and had to hand knead for 25 minutes đ€Šââ But my hubs did say they were the best cinnamon rolls he's had, although I don't know if I want to make them again because it's quite the process.
I so appreciate that is sounds like Grace is just doing a very normal, personal wedding :) It can be hard to pick a honeymoon because you have to decide how much time you want to spend traveling and what kind of activities you are looking for in a honeymoon. It'll come to you!
Hawaii big island is a great honeymoon option. Lots to see and do volcanoes, lava, observatories, beaches, beautiful hikes, friendly people etc. Different climates all on one island!!
Also, the written option looks more personal.
Loving the wedding series, congrats to you both!! xxx
handwritten is so lovely! personal touch & your hand writing is so neat and beautiful ! xx
I feel that Grace would really enjoy a honeymoon in Switzerland. The food, chocolate, scenery, the numerous litte eateries and all the bakeries with delicious goodies...đ
Switzerland is a truly incredible country, but if you're looking for interesting and very tasty food, that ain't it, Cheif.
I think a tasting trip (and also great beaches and "honeymoon hangout" spot) to Thailand or Viet Nam could be amazing. SO "foreign," but a sort of "choose your own adventure" kind of thing --- go bougie or go "backpacker mode." The food is amazing and the sights and scenery SO different from anywhere she usually goes ... and you know, she LOVES a beach and a seaside!
I think she (I don't know her Honey, so can't comment) would also enjoy Japan. The variety of sights and the food is outrageous. There are also really weird "theme parks" they could go to ... Anata No Warehouse, a dystopian-themed arcade in Kawasaki, Odaiba, home to a mini Statue of Liberty, massive robot statue, cyborg info desk clerks and the Takoyaki Museum, Dutch-themed amusement park in Sasebo, Nagasaki, to experience the wondrous glory of the Netherlands through the eyes of Japanese theme park creators, a few Hello Kitty theme parks, Harmony Land, a multi-coloured wonderland that combines Sanrio characters with basically whatever else the park creators wanted in Oita Prefecture,
A cat-hosted play park, home to a Gyoza Stadium and one of the biggest selections of ice-cream flavours in the city, Namco Namja Town is Tokyoâs home of the hodgepodge and all things fun and bizarre rolled into one, Tobu World Square theme park in Kinugawa Onsen,
Spa World, a gigantic spa and water park in Osaka, and, If Disneyland, Fuji Q and Universal Studios are too typical for your tastes, then maybe what youâre after is Yoro Park, the self-described âexperience parkâ where visitors are told to simply âexpect the unexpectedâ. This surrealist natural reserve is located in Gifu prefecture.
Although I think Switzerland is beautiful...this time of the year is a complete nightmare. The tourists going there, overwhelms the country and the traffic is just awful. Try to find somewhere more quiet and less "touristy" is my opinion. xx
Tour Italy for the honeymoon. Don't over think the labels lol. Handwriting is pretty x
Deffo like the handwritten tags better, Grace more of a personal touch â€
The best wedding table name idea I ever experienced was each table was named a song and when your table song was played that table got up and danced to a snippet of that song before dinner was served. It was a fun way to keep people entertained in that kind of slow but before a meal is served
Definitely hand written names!
For table numbers I like the idea of pictures of you both at that age. Another idea is map prints of places you and Mr. Grack have gone out together.
Booth's in a booth! So lovely!
For the wedding favours/name tags, have you got a cricut, or know someone with one? You can add "handwriting" to the card before you cut out the shape you want!!
I thought of this too! She could even make stickers for the writing at the back.
Handwriting would look great on the favors! Congratulations!
So weird to see grackles mom in so much of the vlog! Love it!
I did my wedding favours as potted flowers with their names in it. It looked so good and it made the wedding venue so colourful and my bridesmaids wore flowers patterned dresses in different shades with the base colour being white, and I matched the groomsmen bow ties to them
Awe, your Mum is so lovely. You're lucky to have such wonderful parents. xx
Such a sweet family. Grace, you are going to be an a absolutely beautiful bride. So excited to see the photos of you on your wedding day.
Handwriting looks lovely - and itâs also even more personal! I think people will love that đ„° (also reflects your efforts!)
Your parents are absolutely precious!!â€
Love the hand written tags Graceđ I also love your friend, at the beginning of this vlog, love you 2 together đ , and what a treat to see both yr parents it brought a tear to my eyes, such a beautiful family â€ïž
You are always so much fun. Keep up the great vibes and I love seeing your videos. Sending love from Canada.
Heck yes. Extra Grack â€
Oh my god I loved Rococo before. How kind of them. Legends
Mama and papa booth are so pure đ„°
A grack vid always improves the day!
Love seeing your Mom!
Great vlog! Love seeing mama & papa Booth your all so lovely đ I agree with everyone else handwritten is better as itâs more personal. â€xxx
You are the perfect combination of your parents! Also, I'd love to see your friend in more of your content, she makes me laugh and you 2 are super cute together :)
Definitely the handwritten name tags. You have very elegant writing. For a honeymoon, if your budget allows, Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada would be a great location. It is known as the "Honeymoon capital of the world." Love all your volgs! Enjoy your week đ
Congrats grack and Rick! â€ïž a silent viewer here thatâs watched your videos for years but I thought the handwritten tags look a lot more personal and are more sentimental! Great video as always and love your videos and feel like Iâm on FaceTime with a close friend! â€ïž
Love the hand written names! Looks more personalđ... for the quote you could get them printed onto clear stickers so theres no white box! đ«¶đ
The Booths in a boothđâ€ïž Such a heartwarming video, good luck with all the wedding stuff!!!
Definitely hand written. I recently went to a wedding where to couple gave everyone entertainment bags. They were awesome, especially will waiting for the photos to be taken. There was a coffee pods, puzzle with treasure hunt for your table number. Was so much fun.
i like handwritten notes but getting a little stamp could work, and it's a good little keepsake too
Hey Grack, yes there is a place in Cornwall called Redruth- thanks for the shoutout :)
Was just scrolling the comments to see if anyone else had said this, always love a little Cornwall mention ^_^
I'm obsessed with that idea of naming the tables after your special places. I would cry if I saw that at someone's wedding.
handwritten definitely! adds a sweet personal touch!
I missed this vlog when you posted it! This was so much fun! We never get the see Mama Booth. Hi! đ oooh And Grace and Honor are a whole vibe.
Definitely handwritten, super cute and personal! â€
Definitely handwrite! Because you have lovely handwriting too. Looks so much better and more personal than printed x
I got married last week and I hand wrote my name tags, I taught myself calligraphy so it looked pretty and I put it on seed paper so people could take away their name tag and grow some flowers from it
I couldnât stop laughing the way you punched that dough down đđđ
A little hack for your chocolate name tags: you could get a pack of clear mailing address labels that have a corresponding excel label template, and can be printed using a home printer (inkjet?) - you should be able to type guest names (and/or the quote) into the matching label template on your computer (you could even choose fancy cursive lettering!) And voilĂ âšïž Just make sure to get labels that fit the size of your tags... . Ps: Congratulations on the upcoming wedding!
this is a fast and cost effective way. Handwritten is a good option if you know calligraphy otherwise looks last minute and rushed and wonky in my opinion
GRACIE!!!!!!
Handwritten is so much more personal!!
I like the accidental white covering of the heart cut-out though on your printed ones.
Another idea you could explore is stamps and an ink pad.
You can do so much with stampers!
If you look at craft stores in the scrap booking section, you'll find TONS of ideas for personalizing tags.
What to put on the tables at your reception depends on your guests.
If they are as fun and down to earth as you are, games for them to play that encourage conversation would be an idea.
Honeymoon should be based on the environment that you and fiance love-mountains, beach, city, rural?
In regards to your cinnamon roll experimentation, what's the rationale for kneading/mixing the dough for so long??
Doesn't that just increase gluten development?
Lastly, have you mailed your wedding invitations yet??
I keep checking my mailbox but all I see is junk mail.
Perhaps mine got lost in traveling overseas to the U.S.???
I'm so happy for you đșđŒđž
You can choose a handwriting font for your quote and then handwrite the names. You can also print the qoute on some vellum, get a tag punch and add to the back of your blue tag. All the best, and it is you guys day, whatever you do, do it so you are happy with it. It is your wedding day and the 2 of you should enjoy every minute of it.
I like the hand written name tags! I thought for the longer message / sentence on the back, could you get a personalised ink stamp made and then stamp them all to save you writing it out?! No idea how much that would cost but surely much less than ÂŁ200!
For our wedding invitations we used clear mailing labels so if you wanted to print the names that might make it better. We found a really nice calligraphy font online that was super cheap as well. It really didn't take that much extra. We found a place online that made custom stamps (like what teachers use) and used it on some tags we sourced. The stamp was cheap (under $10 Australian). If you have a friend with a circuit machine, they might have the ability to get it to print on them easily.
Definitely go for the handwritten tags. i did this for my Dad's wedding and lots of people said how nice the handwriting was x
Custom stamps are great for favours as theyâre quite personal but quicker than writing sentences, but obviously not the quickest option as you have to get it made first but theyâre normally around ÂŁ20, still have to write the names but easier than writing an extra sentence on each one đ
Absolutely prefer the handwritten tags they're so cute
The photo booth ahhh, so sweet to see you all together.
I always thought you looked like your dad until this video. You actually look so much like your mum â€ïž cuties
omg when honour said âitâs not rightâ it sounded exactly like you grace omg hahaha
Lovely finally seeing your Mum and not just rpthe back of her head!!!
Your dad...the man, the myth, the legend. đ
For table names my friend did rom coms, so About Time, Love Actually etc and then printed a quote from the film for that table. It was really cute!
Hand written tags for sure, your writing is really pretty and i thunk it looks great.
I would always vote for Disney World in Florida gor a honeymoon, so magical and you can wear a "happily wver after" badge and everyone will say congratulatikns to you!
Hi Grace, my friend has used her cricut for all her labels etc for the wedding and it turned out amazing!
This
so happy for you Grace !! â€
For your honeymoon you could go to France - spend a couple of days in Paris, then hit Disney for a few days, then travel to the beautiful mountains for a few days by train (so romantic) then the luxurious south like St Tropez with stunning beaches and boat trips - a real mix of everything
i wrote the names on the favour tags and used them as place settings - it looked cute đ
Tuck a sprig of babies breath flower behind the ribbon. Hand written name is definitely more heart felt and personal.
I think Bali or the Maldives would be a great place for a honeymoon if you wanted a relaxing one!
We used pebbles from our favourite beach and just used a craft gold/silver pen to write people's names on them for place settings everyone took them home and most still have them 20 years later in their bathrooms x
I love the handwritten ones they are perfect and if you wanted a quote or message on the back, why don't your wite your favourite memory together / off them or something you love about them so its unique and personal to them xx đđ
My brother and SIL both love cats, so their tables were all named after their respective pets, and each table had a small flower centre piece with a picture of the cat.
Love a Booth Ma and Pa Vlog they are so gorgeous
We are getting married in April and are doing our favourite movies as table names! Each table has a movie reel as a base, a popcorn bucket with gysophilia in and little props belong to the films. So we have some police and aviators for hot fuzz and some planes for top gun! Makes it more personal and fun!
I quite like a photo of the person and either myself or the groom with them as a place setting!
And your parents day
We made little place names out of clay and stamped the names in with a cookie stamp and gold ink. We put holes in them and attached them to the favours with string. It was super easy and fun, and guests loved them!
I actually liked that the white printed label covered the heart FYI.
As a guest I really wouldn't mind whether the labels would be printed or handwritten. They both looked equally as good IMHO. Maybe go for what will save you time and money. đ
my parents went to mexico on their honeymoon and they had the best time! they went out on little adventures as well as treating themselves to a little bit of luxury when rest was needed. i think it is a perfect honeymoon destination!
Hand written is nicer but how about white marker or silver pen for the names? You can also print on clear matte labels so it doesnât show as much as the white. If you didnât use the heart hole punch you could add a white pressed flower to the tag edge. Hand written is always nicer for things like weddings.
For place settings you can use the favors as center with some light blue linen napkins. Do you know what the caterer and reception space style is? Do you have a link to the location of wedding and reception?
We made our invites and the favors were boxes of flower bulbs. I donât think anyone but maybe one person planted them. Chocolate is always good and I liked the idea of using your fave choc and Rickâs. Cute idea. Finding a wedding guest dress is always so hard. I thought it was bc I am a plus size person and I can see that even you struggle with finding something.
I love the blue and white with white Mary Janes. Super cute.
What is the style of your wedding and time of day and the venue style. That will help you decide place setting ideas. Have you picked out the catering menu? Is it a sit down dinner or buffet style or something different?
Your hen so looked great!
Write names print the message, table names - maybe places in Cornwall? Or different shades of blue? E.g Periwinkle - also this doesnât have to be themed!! There could be âperiwinkle, st Ives, Banksyâ etc in that instance the theme is you!
Also, I feel like Iâm living my life a year behind you, went to uni just after you, engaged the same time but married a year or so after you! Itâs like having a big sister (on that note will you be doing a video about the wedding planning process? ) x
The handwritten tags for sure! Also, I bet it would look great if you wrote the names with a silver or gold ink pen, whichever matches your decor more.
If you want to go somewhere in Europe for your honeymoon, I'd really recommend southern Italy. But not Rome! So chaotic. You could stay in the surrounding towns near the Amalfi coast, like Sorrento or vico equense (that's where I stayed) it's well connected by train to Naples, Pompeii and bus to Amalfi coast. You could also do Sicily or if your budget is bigger one of the Greek islands. Would not recommend Mykonos it's a big party island. Santorini is beautiful and romantic but expensive and usually packed.
If you want to do further a field you could go to an island in the Philippines or relax in some onsen towns in Japan.
My fav place setting/favor was a glass of champagne. Everyone got to keep the glass and have the champagne during cocktail hour.
I like the handwritten ones better. I did not have table names at my wedding but the most memorable wedding I have been to with table names, they had a different record at each table. Music that they liked individually and music that they liked together. They printed the record covers themselves and replaced the song names with guest names.
I think đ€ the hand written is best for table favours! for a honeymoon I would suggest Santorini a island in the Aegean sea Greece!! fantastic vlog!!!GAIL'S is the new Gregg's in London!!đ
The hand written one adds a personal touch that i think is usually missing in some weddings! For a video idea maybe Poppa and Momma Booth can give you 4 random ingredients that you put into chatgpt and then make the recipe it says to make with those items, kind of like the show chopped but with ai, also to make it more random they cant know what each other got. Japan for honeymoon?
One great option I saw is a photo of you with the person or just a photo of them you love. It goes down so well and really cheap to print online
