It blows my fucking mind that people can stand around knowing children are being disturbingly abused and not take immediate action. That poor boy went through unspeakable torture and abuse at the hands of the sick adults in his life.
Hey chick come down I work hand in hand with cps in my state. It's not what we know it what we can proove. So we report it they come out and it goes from there but our hands or tied. And not to many want to be involved it easy to text on youtube about it. But come to court tell what you know. If not STFU. They just don't take kids from word of mouth.
Excuse me, did you just tell me to STFU for getting upset that multiple adults witnessed with their own eyes the abuse this boy endured? One of the man's girlfriends told authorities that when his son was 2, she found needle marks in between all of this boys toes, his rectum was swollen & when asked why he had black eyes it was from "daddies punches." This was just one documented account of the nasty shit this man was doing to him.

I agree as a mom of 3 so many redflags. Imagine spending a month of time watching a child for someone who has the most far fetched story ever. I definitely would havr notified the police cps and everything. I'm still curious to know where Demetri actually came from? Honestly this isn't my battler here but I'm sickened to know that someone who supposedly works for cps has such a foul mouth and lacks compassion. The baby had tract marks between his toes 😳 Also his anus swollen had someone brought that child in just a physical exam should have the child removed from that parent especially since he has domestic violence charges. Just proves the system has failed and continues to fail innocent children. Now I see why...
The way he smiles and talks about girly at the trials just makes me believe he's a total Psychopath. This case is horrible, and i hope girly and her family get justice and this man never gets out. Also i hope Dimitri will live a long , fullfilling life and somehow get over this

It's so crazy tha fact that he seemed like a normal guy before he hit his head as a teen. I've heard of several cases where this happens to a person after a head injury. It's so wild to think that moral is this much linked to our phisycal brain and that if a normal person gets this specific part damaged they just turn into such a monster!
Out of this whole story the most shocking thing is how he got SOOO MANY PEOPLE to believe his lies and invest so much money in him. Its seriously unreal

I know, right?! Like, from the first second I heard his helium-sucking Mickey Mouse voice with that fake "European" accent I was thinking, "WTH, this dude is a freaking joke!" Also, my dad once told me something that's never, ever proved wrong: "if someone tells you they're in the CIA/FBI/The Mossad/MI6/Etc., they're lying, period. Nobody who actually does genuine top-secret government work will EVER actually tell you that's what they do...but plenty of fakers and con artists will be happy to spin tales about their James Bond life." Plus, I even have a cousin who did some sort of government intelligence work, and even he couldn't talk to his own family about his job! So there's no way I'm ever going to believe that some high-ranking intelligence worker would or could tell random strangers about the intimate details of their job.
I mean, I'm sure that I have my own gullibility issues, but seriously?? I don't care HOW compelling and brilliant someone sounds or seems; if I were going to invest my life savings (Or heck, even a big chunk of my money, at all) in *anything*, I'd damn sure do a LOT of checking into the product and the person behind it!! And this guy wasn't even a half-decent imposter/con man, from what I can tell. He comes off sounding like my kids, back when they were in preschool and they'd tell me about all the adventures they'd had playing in the backyard with mermaids and unicorns.
Honestly, he'd be funny...that is, if he wasn't a vicious financial scammer, con man, abusive spouse and homicidal maniac!
As for Linda? *Sigh* I don't even know. I almost feel bad for her, except she killed a sweet, lovely, innocent woman.

His first wife was so lucky to divorce him and never hear from him again, I feel so bad about his kid who must be really sad that his father is such a criminal
you are the first person that does these true crime videos to cover Girly's story. Girly was truly a beautiful person, so very polite and sweet. you see, she was a bank teller at a bank that I used to go to. Every time that I would go in to do my banking, Girly would be the very first to greet me, always treated me like family. and when I was 8 months pregnant, she always offered a cup of water and asked how baby was doing and rub my belly flashing the most radiant smile that you just could not forget. when I first heard about Girlys' disappearance, I was heartbroken. Thank you for sharing her story, she deserves to be heard. as for the little boy, I can only pray that he is living happy and healthy as possible, given the crap he went through with that evil man. and I still hold out hope that they find Girly, so that her family can have closure. again thank you, you did an absolute awesome job making some sense of the chaos that was her murder trial.

my heart hurts for dimitri, that poor baby went through years of abuse at such a young and vulnerable age and so many people could have stopped it but no one did. even after he went to a loving home he was already too damaged to open himself up to that love. i pray he heals from his trauma and is able to live a normal life someday
the lady that adopted him wrote a book on raising him; Mommy No.13 on Amazon. She said he was emotionally closed off as a child and they no longer talk :(

I'm really confused about Dimitri. If he never really adopted Dimitri then how did Girly get ordered to pay child support. You have to present yourself as an adoptive parent, get interviewed and your home inspected before a legal adoption can take place. So how come a court ordered her to pay support without questioning this? Also, did they ever do any DNA tests to see if the kid was really his kid? And what about the birth mother? I doubt very much that it was a surrogacy. Was it one of his mistresses? If so, who is she and is she even alive? Just too many questions regarding that kid.

Somewhere she stated that when he wanted to give him up for adoption he presented a birth certificate showing Girly as the bio mom. He probably gave that and nobody questioned it.

and given his track record for lying too. he also never named dimitri's mother and just called her "some Asian woman". I'm just thinking could he have met a struggling woman that's desperate to get rid of her child and offered to adopt the child so he can take him in as his lab rat for whatever pseudo-medicine shit he practiced

It's both baffling and absolutely frightening to think this woman had everything going for herself until she met him. He life was ruined because of ONE sick man. Rest in peace Girly

He had a severe head injury in high school and his family said it completely changed his personality.
This is quite common with head injuries and leads to complete change in personality making nice people very angry, physically aggressive and lacking impulse control.
There’s a chance he would have been a normal guy and compassionate (like his family said he used to be) if he hadn’t been injured.

I know this is an older video but hopefully you’ll see my comment! A friend of mine went missing a while ago, and his name is Marshall Iwaasa. I am from Lethbridge Alberta Canada, and this case hits very close to home for me. Unfortunately search efforts to find Marshall have almost stopped leaving his family and loved ones with absolutely no answers. His car was found abandoned in another province, and the police almost appear as if to not even be looking anymore. There are signs and posters all over my city, hoping one day that Marshall will be found. If you could do this case and raise awareness maybe the case could be reopened and further investigated.
