A classic, and consistently underappreciated, SportCenter commercial is the Oregon Duck typing away while the fellow ducks quack happily in the pond. I remember working terrible hours downtown, looking out the window and seeing everyone enjoying rooftop pools, and feeling the same exact way as this duck.

- all the Stuart Scott (RIP) ones, especially the one where he and Kenny teach Kobe & Keyshawn how to speak with the media

- obviously, the John Clayton (RIP) Slayer promo
if you didn't grow up with late 90s/early aughts Sportscenter, you missed out on the pinnacle of sports television
That Arnold Palmer commercial is legendary. These are all great! Russian spy lol.

So I think it was an interview with Steve Austin where I heard this, but Dan Patrick did legit hit Steve with a chair in that commercial. They were gonna put something behind Steve to take the blow, but he said no to that and told them to just hit him
This is probably the 4th Best of Sports Center commercial compilation and NONE of them have the Y2K commercial with Charlie Steiner which is BY FAR the best Sports Center commercial of ALL TIME!!!
That one's great. I also enjoy the SportsCenter IPO where the stock tanks once Charlie Steiner goes on TV and starts talking. ("I don't think we even own the rights to the name 'SportsCenter.'")
My favorite was always the one where Stuart Scott is talking with Evander Holyfield and he tells Holyfield that Charley Steiner said that Evander was the 50th best heavyweight in Georgia😂 and Holyfield goes throughout the building looking for Charley😂😂
I love the ones with the mascots are always gold and I like the one with the baseball player who arms fell off for no reason.
