Hell yeah. so glad to see tetts back. The big thing i miss from your last podcast is all the little dungeon details you guys used to talk about. the tech for doing pulls etc. Just the nitty gritty of dungeons that we dont get from any other podcasts.
Really excited for Squishei to have a consistent yapping platform. Obviously he does tons in writing on Wowhead, but I always thought he had lucid takes during guest appearances elsewhere. Also thank goodness for his improved microphone situation 😅
The stuff you mentioned about not knowing our way around the dawn breaker dungeon, I imagine follower dungeons will help a lot. Sure mechanics will be trivial but at minimum everyone will know where to go and how to finish the dungeon
This was actually a phenomenal listen. Great takes and informative, 100% here for Growl and Tettles, didnt know Squish before this but awesome to see a more casual view as well.
Something about delves. The game needs good solo content and even if it sucks on release maybe it's a system they can elaborate on in the future. Just today a good friend of mine said they were excited about delves because they've always struggled with finding group content that made them feel like they belonged. He works a pretty hard job and I think a lot of people are in his shoes, if delves are compelling casual content then I'm excited for them to be in the game.
I’ve been watching tons of videos about tewawi, and this one had the best breakdown of what we can expect from delves. Finally a podcast for the normal guy like me.
On the topic on early access: as someone who works a 9-5 job and usually takes a few days of for release i like the early access being directly before a weekend, so i can just take friday of and play on the weekend (thats just a timing thing not an early access thing) but i like it and its positive for me and my schedule.
What Growl is describing with stats, is GW2's stat system. It doesn't get rid of sim culture at all, check out GW2's combat and stat system. DPS do play glass cannon, and rely on heal-supports to carry them through that.
Point of the gear track raise is to make gear prog smoother and longer. Also having a built in nerf mechanic for raid and giving you the feel of becoming stronger over time
my idea for sorting the myth track items out for m+ is using the weekly currency you get for buying sockets from the vault, you can buy a myth track upgrade item similar to what people used for the legendary axe , you can buy the upgrade item and apply it to a max 6/6 hero item to make it a myth 1/6 and atleast a m+ dont just have to play the vault lottery every week
As much as I loved the delves chat, I only knew 2/3 of the cast from before so it wouldn’t have hurt with an intro of all of you given this was the “first episode”.
Every character that your Warband has that does not require crest of type X, should increase the rest of your warbands acquisition rate for that crest type by 25% or 50% for the rest of that season. Your main gets past Whelplings? Your alts earn extras from LFR and whatever. Your first alt passes that level? Good job, now you gain even more. The achievements already exist and unlock the crest upgrades for you anyway so why not make them useful.
Love the podcast guys! Three great dudes chatting about WoW and considering all players perspectives on things. Subscribed and looking forward to the future 💜
I have as much faith in DELVES as I had in M+ when they were first introduced. I hope they DO NOT DELETE IT like they did torghast. Iterate, be creative!
I understand how Growl feels about stats, but the issue is, you CAN stat how you want. But everyone Sims and "these" stats give the best damage, so they do that. I remember back in early M+, once you got to a certain level, people started stacking vers to survive the one shots.
I am sure my Buddy Will love doing delvs, his idea of fun in wow is pet battles, world quests, daily quests, refarms and the old profession system. Maybe the AI pvp brawl, he did the nightmare incerions in SoD on all classes to max level, then didn’t want to play phase 4 likely because the were not repetitive nightmare incersions equivalent. He is the personification of the underground delvers just silently waiting for them.
Damn, love Tettles, don't rlly watch growl cuz LMAO healer, but love his utube stuff, and he's always a great guest on podcasts... This podcast series is gonna be sweet. GL boys.
Team Bench beats team Poddy C in the trios tag team match because max will go off on a tangent, Dorki will question ‘what are we doing?’, and dratnos will be recording a video for fronk to edit into the start of the video because he didn’t hit record 😂
I'm personally slighted by Growls dissing of delves, it hurts because I got into playing m+ because I heard growl on titanforge podcast and wanted to be just like him, now with delves I had hoped there was another opportunity to look up to my hero but its very hard when growl only dumps on my new favorite game mode, delves.
Hero track used to be 13 ilvls behind, and it always should be imo. An AOTC raider shouldn’t be only 6 ilvls from a mythic raider, that never made any sense to me. I really don’t see any problem here. Good change imo. Some sort of crest catch up would be great though.
Growl's rant about secondary stats makes me think he would love Monster Hunter games, if he hasn't tried them before. There is a concept called "comfy builds" in MH games. For those that play perfectly, they can get away with full glass-canon style builds, but for most players that isn't always realistic. So when putting together a build, you trade out some of your raw damage for utility and damage mitigation to allow for a couple more mistakes. Price of failure is obviously different, but having the build flexibility makes build making far more interesting.
They know their market even though I don't like it I'll buy the epic edition. I think a lot of the wow audience is older now so getting the early access gives us a weekend to play no need to even think about taking a day off to play.
Excited for the new podcast with people who play every role! But tettles needs to really adjust the levels of his mic because in this podcast and even in the videos from his channel his mic is constantly clipping and sounds rough. Squish also also needs to adjust his levels and is clipping a ton. As a podcast audio is the most important element and I think only Growl has correct levels.
Tettles and dratnos broke up and now they 2 separate podcasts I hope they can get back together someday In an honest reaction glad to see another podcast with a crew I enjoy
The average mid-high key pug, the 12-14s of the world, can absolutely see the toxicity toward healers being higher as a result of more punishing deaths. Also. Delves.
We yearn for the mines
Genuine delve main, nothing to do with end of pod
The fact that Growl is here makes this 100% a weekly watch from here on out.
FINALLY. a podcast that has a core member from each role
The three roles, Raider, M+ pusher, and the bench (Delver Danny)
😅😅😮😅😅😅@@mohammedal-sabah2119
Growl here to steal all the poddyc viewers
they can only hope :D
Plenty of content for fueling dog walks.

Those guys are kind of clueless and Max is a bit much when you got a day job.
Im always there where Growl content is 😍
Growl became the voice of reason for me in the upcoming expansion. Truly a man of the people
A cat of the people 😊
What weve all needed. @@smallpandochka

A man of the mole people ❤
This podcast really DELVED deep into the important WoW topics. I dig it, can't wait to DELVE into the next one. DELVES.
This gives me the same energy as Torgue just yelling EXPLOSIONS instead of them happening at the end of his sentence
I appreciate you guys not interrupting each other and letting someone finish their train of thought. I also enjoyed the lack of focus on mythic raid.
Glad growl dressed up for the first episode.
Love to see more podcast content. Thanks guys, I look forward to the yap sessions. Also thank you Wowhead for sponsoring the show!
Delve mains unite!

Growl loves delves so much it inspired him to throw on a Tuxedo for the episode, god speed
I'm here for the "Poddy C" & "The Bench" shared universe.
So excited for this podcast. Love the healer representation but so excited about all 3 of you.
i'm really glad to hear growl's changed his stance on delves. not easy to do, good on you man
Really excited for Squishei to have a consistent yapping platform. Obviously he does tons in writing on Wowhead, but I always thought he had lucid takes during guest appearances elsewhere. Also thank goodness for his improved microphone situation 😅
love the m+ focus. great first episode guys! feel like it was pretty balanced takes overall, nice perspectives being shared.
Finally. A podcast about delves by professional delvers! I knew Growl would turn around and be the mole of the peoples.
The stuff you mentioned about not knowing our way around the dawn breaker dungeon, I imagine follower dungeons will help a lot. Sure mechanics will be trivial but at minimum everyone will know where to go and how to finish the dungeon
Oh yeah. Looking forward to delves
bro podcast is really the big new thing on youtube . and im all for it! always listening to podcast while doing my workout
Yooo, podcast when doing a set?
I don't know man, personally feel like it wouldn't hype me up enough. I wish i could work out with a podcast. 💪🏻
Man I'm so happy the growl has his own podcast to just talk about delves
As a Delve Danny, it's great to finally have a podcast to help me min/max my journal to Road to World Last Delve level 3
I'm glad that in the end everyone agreed Delves will definitely be the most compelling content in TWW
This was actually a phenomenal listen. Great takes and informative, 100% here for Growl and Tettles, didnt know Squish before this but awesome to see a more casual view as well.
I can't wait to see my favourite Delve streamer really going at them once expac launches. Good luck Growl.
Just wanted to say I vibed with this whole podcast. Thanks guys and see ya next week.
Amazing podcast guys! Been watching since episode 1! Delves

Gimli: "And they call it a mine. A mine!"
Boromir: "This is no mine, it's a tomb!"
hopefully this meme doesn't turn true
Tettles content pog
I like how Tettles just took a sip after listening to the Growl story and moved on.

Looking forward to Growl's in depth Delve guide video! Mole People everywhere rejoice!
Ayye good to see tettles back on a podcast, wasn't expecting titanforge to end when it did.
Point of the gear track raise is to make gear prog smoother and longer. Also having a built in nerf mechanic for raid and giving you the feel of becoming stronger over time
Anybody remember the Golden Guardians podcast trivia games from Shadowlands? Cool to see these 3 back on another project together
Early acces? I love it. I get to chill a few days and casually do quests.
Came for the growl. Stayed for the delvers.
Can't wait for the delves team announcement 😂
Tettles has to make hourly Delve Tips during the heroic week so they get tuned fast enough for us to do 80 runs during that week for all the gear.
Thank you for having varied, sane takes that aren't all doomer

This is the best wow podcast and the starting zone deserves a solid shoutout but you guys are geeqtv
beard tettles is goated. I never wanna see non-beard tettles ever again
Finally something I can get my son to do for me, he yearns for the mines. Loved the first episode looking forward to more.

This podcast feels way less elitist than the other one, hope you keep it that way!
I am sure my Buddy Will love doing delvs, his idea of fun in wow is pet battles, world quests, daily quests, refarms and the old profession system. Aight we now have almost the entire poddyc extended universe now we just need a final pod with jak megasett and like thd
Yumy “Growl” TV is the most poorly drawn mole I’ve ever seen. But I am glad that there is someone else that loves delves as much as me!
"You have to figure out how to survive with your glass cannon build" is the truest take ever xDD
Hero track used to be 13 ilvls behind, and it always should be imo. An AOTC raider shouldn’t be only 6 ilvls from a mythic raider, that never made any sense to me. I really don’t see any problem here. Good change imo. Some sort of crest catch up would be great though.
I'm Honestly sooooooooo hyped to delve into delves as a delve danny! thannks for the fun new podcast to listen to while I work!
Hell yeah. Glad Tettles landed on his feet after that terrible betrayal.
hell yeah this podcast is gonna be awesome!!!
I hope all the best gear drops in delves.
I know this seems like a bit but I do hope you talk a bit more about Delves in the future. As a civilian, I'm looking forward to them
Really excited you guys are doing this!
Can't wait to see which specs are best in Delves and will need to get buffed to finish Delves solo. Gonna love that Delve balancing.
I could listen to this podcast all fucking day. More please.

There is no competition, only interdependence.
Excited to see the Growl vs MegaDad 1v1 in the Delve Arena.

Excellent episode, you...delved...deeply.
Yeah, I can't wait for Delves.
I solemnly swear to come into Growl's stream every single day of TWW and ask him about the best build for Delves 🤝
Looking forward to more episodes :D I'd like to see some beta discuesion/tips next

Thrilled with the new podcast. Good stuff.
