Odaiba in Tokyo offers a panoramic view of Tokyo's skyscraper area. This view of Odaiba is one of the views that people who visit Tokyo from abroad cite as a representative scenery of Tokyo.
You can enjoy the wonderful night view of Tokyo from the Yurikamome monorail and the observation deck of the building. Be sure to visit the real-size statue of the Japanese robot anime Gundam and the digital museum TeamLabo. The observation room in this video is in a building called Telecom Center. It's empty on weekdays, so it's recommended for people who don't like crowded.
