Yes, the techniques are questionable, but they’re also arguably what makes this such great ASMR. I would love for Tony to create more, similar content.

One advice - no concealer on the lips. It's not something what you want to taste. Moisturising lip product, lip pencil, lipstick. More than enough.
By the way, your friend has gorgeous skin, hope she doesn't ruin it with make up. All she needs some lipstick and mascara and she's ready to go.
