The bus is travelling in the lane of traffic at an abnormally slower rate due to certain and potentially hazardous conditions. e) non-exempt railroad crossings, where many commercial vehicles(especially buses) must stop before the tracks, open their windows and door, listen for any trains, and cross the track once the check is done; hazards must be activated for this situation too. This is mandated by law. ...Or the driver could have just forgotten they had them on, that happens sometimes too lol

why do bus drivers obsessevly over use the hazard lights?
