@@AR-rn8ok That report was just speculative my man. Wiggins said in like February he'd just rather not get it unless he was forced to. When Damion Lee caught covid Bazemore, the most anti-vax player on the team, had to quarantine. Wiggins didn't, despite being close contact with Lee. Rules at the time were that if you were vaccinated you wouldn't have to quarantine, so there's a large chance that Wiggins already had the vaccine at that point. Even if that's not the case though, with the San Francisco regulations not allowing him to play if unvaccinated, that "unless forced to" part of his quote is important. I'd say if you can't do your literal job without being vaccinated, that's being forced. Wiggins likely has gotten the vaccine, he's just a pretty private person and all he uses social media for is recording his dogs and endorsements, which is probably why he hasn't said jack on the subject.

GSW fan. Bittersweet to watch Wiggins spend so much time working on long and/or contested twos. Like the work, but not the most efficient shot. Increasing the efficiency of his spot up 3 pointer (from 38% to a consistent 41% or better) would unlock his entire game. This would create more opportunities to blow by hard close-outs and attack the rim or take easy uncontested jump shots (inside 12 feet). How you practice is how you play.

I raise the issue because, historically, Wiggins' shot selection has a tendency to embrace the contested two. (He is more efficient when he takes better shots.) Just saying I would like to see him (also) practicing those more efficient shots. Cause if he is, he's going to have a great year.

lmao this is probably 1% of the offseason work he's been doing. Every other clip is him working on catch and shoot 3s and drives to the rim -- he still needs to be an elite level isolation scorer at times for the Warriors, especially when playing with the 2nd unit (that's if he actually gets the damn vaccine)

Trae still doesn't get the respect he deserves. Luka made a coach quit, got players that don't want to play with him on his own team, missing free throws in the playoffs, and got put out in the first round again. He still got people calling him the second coming. The Hawks were two games from the NBA Finals and got a A+ draft grade on Jaelen Johnson at the 20th pick. This team will get to the Finals this year.

Aaron Gordon had all off-season to work on his offensive package. He's supposed to be killing these dudes, hopefully its just this video, but I think dude can be a problem if his 1v1 game improves especially with the athleticism he has.
Naw bro. Wiggins and Winslow are elite defenders. Johnson is solid and athletic. You should not be surprised Gordon did not dominate. Gordon is elite of def too but his offense has never been amazing anyway. Wiggins is the best player on the court out of the 4.
My conclusion:
Wiggins: great shooting, no D
Gordon: best all- around
Winslow: great D, atrocious shooting from range
Johnson: is in a different category.

Lets just say: he will get there.
But to give some substance to my assessment:
from what i saw on D he can keep opponents in front of him, but the contests are not very effective.
On offense he made 3 buckets out of 10 possession, 2 of them were layups.
I am not the type who gives too much importance to these, but visually: he got blocked, dunked on, stripped, pump faked and it looked like every step-back goes in on him. He was the rookie in the room and the other guys made him feel that.

You can clearly notice when Wiggins is trying defensively and when he is not. He is like I know in a real game I can lock any of these players, but for now I will let them think the beat me, once we play real games, watch out!
