Yo, actually thank you for the real world step through of the iso for the lenses. nobody else does that in their videos and it REALLY helps to get an example of what the lens is capable of
this is actually the best review i've ever watched in my whole life. super detailed man you even mentioned things that users should know!
Thank you for actually demonstrating these lenses. So many reviewers talk about them, but then forget to actually show what they are like
Great stuff dude! I have the Sony A7C and the Sony 20 mm f/1.8 G and it’s an amazing combo! Great quality and low weight! Perfect for CZcams video production!
I’ve watched so many videos on which lens to purchase and this is by far the best video on the topic. Super clear and easy to understand! Thank you !!!!!!
thank you for the amazing video bro ;)
Such a great video! Watching you unbox the A7C helped me make my decision to buy it along with the 20 mm! You're awesome 🙏🏼
True!!
This is SUPER helpful! Thank you!
Amazing video bro, been struggling to decide on my first setup for CZcams for ages and you have just helped me do it

Got the same setup and picked up a few days ago the A7C, Sony 20 1.8, next is the Sigma 24-70. This camera and setup is underrated, people be sleeping on this. God bless brother! ✊🙏🏼
This is the first video of yours I've watched. I appreciate the details and explanations.
You be killing these SONY camera/lens reviews, young brother! Great content!

Just subbed, you produce crazy quality! What’s your camera settings tutorial video?!
Your accent is everything 😍🇯🇲 Thank you so much for this video ❤️ Literally just bought this camera & was clueless on lenses for it. My travel photos & vlogs about to be litty 😛

Been waiting for this one. Great video! 👌🏼
Thanks man
Thanks Bro ! I learn with you !,!
Awesome video, thank you 🙏🏾
This is dope man. Love it.
Great vid, thanks
So much good info thank you! I get my A7C tomorrow and can't wait. I got the Sony 20mm 1.8 and the PolarPro ND filters. what zoom lens would you recommend that also takes the 67mm ND filters?
That transition 🙀🙀🙀
Great review ❤
Thanks for your video and advices !!! Bravo
Could you tell me which one is the better for vlogging outside please?
Thx again
For me, gotta do the Sony-Zeiss 35mm “short stack ‘o pancakes”… you can’t ignore small/light when it’s after dark and you need to travel lighter, and it has suitable indoor performance. Then I hop to the Tamron 28-200 as my daytime zoom/walk around/vacation lens. The genius of the 28-200 is that it’s an f/2.8-4 from 28-70mm, making it perfectly usable indoors, but from 71-200mm, you’ve got a great “zoo and airport” lens when that tiger or Boeing 737 is a little farther away. Then I like the 85mm 1.8 for portraiture and bokehlicious goodness. And finally, the Tam 17-28 for landscapes and astroscapes.
Hi Shevon, Thank you for this thorough review and from the looks of it even with medium to lower light, that the Sigma 24-70 set at 24mm F2.8 1/50 ISO 125, it still looks amazing! So, if I were to pick one vlogging (and all around lens), then I should go with this as my main lens, OVER the Sony 20mm lens, correct?
Awesome man
What did you use for these products shots? Looks amazing. I love the focus. I need that look for my videos.
Great info my guy....I already have a 50mm f 1.8 sony lens for my a7c. And it feels soooo tight....if you had to recommend one for me what would you choose? I like the 20mm 1.8, I feel like that would get me all the extra space I would need...thoughts? Keep up the great work!! New sub 🙌🏿🙌🏿
Great video. A7C + Sigma 24 70mm is what I'm upgrading to now. I think that's the best setup for a tech youtuber.
Even for vlogging?
@@fredr.3692 would be too heavy as a vlogging setup, I'd recommend a lightweight lens with the Sony A7c for vlogging. Sigma 24 70mm is too heavy.
@@TechwithUsama hello , thx for your advice ! Do you have an idea for the best lence for vlogging?
Thanks for information
Good content 💯🇯🇲
Have you used the Sony 24mm f1.4 lens with this and if so do you think it's worth paying the extra for that over the 20mm f1.8 lens you've shown here? Also, that Sigma lens, is it APS-C or for full frame? Just wondering if it crops when you use that lens. Thanks bro, great video.
Fantastic channel
This was good bro, thanks. I am about to purchase the A7C today as well as the 20mm lens, I might have to wait on the zoom lens, but I really want it.
I bought it, but with the Tamron 28-70mm, 2 lavs, the DJI Mic and a ND Filter. I'm through shopping, my wallet is shedding real tears.
Def the 2 lens I like to get. Which studio light & stand did you get? I like the compactness of it. I have small space so def want to know. Thx
Well definitely getting the Sony FE 20 mm
Awesome audio! What mic are you using, bro?
re dada tumi akhane 💓😍💓big faan dada
btw oita rode r bluetooth mic ta
I believe he is using the rode wireless go mic bro!
Give him the answer.. his "Sob ses" 🙏
@@Aakaashvaani 😂
Great video.
Thank you for great info! I’m searching buy lens for a7c... probably I’ll get 20mm next. Do you recommend any light weight gimbals for a7c?
Just found your channel - looking to get a camera (besides my iphone) for my channel and love your review of the lenses. Still torn! Thank you for doing this though!
Bro what is the best camera you recommend for live streaming and content creation?
Man those live wallpapers look good what are they?
what picture profile do you regularly uses? thanks 🙏
Also what is the best gaming monitor you recommend right now to date with a 3090??
First one :keep up the good work
Hey, really nice video, How did you manage to get good sound when you shot outside in snowy and windy weather???
please suggest which mic or which tool are you using?
Oh true, it sounds so good! Looks like he is using a lapel mic, so it’s attached to his hoodie that way it’s right by his mouth instead of being high up in the air or on his camera pointed his direction. This way it’s right close up to the source, probably getting minimal of anything else.
True though I want to know which mic that was because I need it for my videos
Amazing review my man! Too bad the Sigma is so chunky, I really like that lens but it beats the purpose of the a7c a bit :(
Thankyou for this informational vlog. It's so
generous of you to give camera and a watch as
an appreciation to your subscribers. I am an
aspiring student who wants to learn more with
photography, but the problem is, we can't
afford buying any type of camera. I don't know
if you will consider my entry since I came from
a different country (Philippines) But i would
still try my luck. This could also help me and
my family as a source of income when i totally
learned how to improve my editing and
photography skills. Thank you so much. More
power to your vlog!!
THANK UUU
I'm thinking of getting the A7C, but at 11:40, that rolling shutter is a bit worrisome...
I have a7c and tamron 17-28 f2.8 which is also a very good lens and weight 420g so close to the of the 20mm and lighter than the Sigma but there is no stabilization which is why the Sigma is heavier. The tamron is sharp, fast autofocus, very good plastic and sealing for harsh weather, and has internal zoom perfect for a gimbal. For video without gimbal and a7c it is good for stationary video. Not for vlogging as the ibis a7c cannot reduce the vibration. For static video handheld and photo, ibis a7c + tamron 17-28 is a super combo as well, with the sigma and the sony 20mm f1.8. Personally i choose the extreme lens so i have 17-28 and 70-300 then i use aps-c mode to increase focal length in video. 17-42 and 70-450mm. I try to not use aps-c mode in photo as i can crop later the 24mp image.
Best Buy didn’t have the Sigma so I got the two Tamrons and Sony 35mm 1.8 instead.
Would have appreciated it more if you did it more on outdoor zoom than on your close up self . Any lense can zoom you perfectly when you holding on selfie mode. But all in all good review.
I currently own a 24-70 f4 zeiss lens and I'm thinking of upgrading to that sigma 24-70 f2.8 Art would you say it's worth the upgrade?
do you use picture profile while shooting ? or you just keep it on standard ?
Which editing software do you use
100k soon
20mm 1.8 is all I need for my Vlog outdoors
I think the zoom is good to have
@@ShevonSalmon I hate moving parts
I think tamron 17-28 f2.8 much better for vlog
Used to have a zoom lens. Just too heavy. The 20mm 1.8 is perfect!
Love the video. However I prefer the 35mm as it doesn’t distort the shape of the face as much as a 20mm.
Personally i use the 17-28 for this reason. At 28mm and in apsc mode up to 42mm in video it is perfect. I have 17mm for extreme lanscape, 20mm for tight video, 24 and 28 for normal video and i have 35mm with aps-c mode. And the weight is 420g so still very good with gimbal and handheld ( for stationary video and photos)
Can you tell me how's it evf and if you had ever some issues whit mic input or type port ? I asked you becouse some people coming about it , seems usb port and mic input are too large ; I want buy this camera ,and I need to get right into before buy it ,I hope you have right into about it. Thanks.
good production
Sony AF is killing it and yeah the sigma would be a great one and only lens, but... Zoomed in, the rolling shutter at the end was really really bad
I shoot with an a7iii and was interested in seeing a7c footage vs a7iii being that its essentially the same camera but I can see the a7c looks heavy on the jello effect. my a7iii doesnt seem to have as much rolling shutter even with unstablized lenses...I want an a7c but idk why😫
Beautiful footage!...........i might have to get your setup with the a7c and that sigma lens! Thank for doing this video!😡👊🏾
You’re welcome
@@ShevonSalmon Great quality. Could you please share your camera settings that you use on this video?
Please cause I really need your camera setting please it will help 🙏
I have sony a7c and i am a newbie. I have 28-75 mm Tamron and 85mm 1.8. I want to buy a sony G lens to match the vibes of my camera. What do you recommend me to buy from these trio lenses - sony Fe 24mm f2.8 G or 40mm 2.5 or 50mm ?
Is the a7siii worth it for your type of content ? It’s cool but I just feel like if I buy it . It would be overkill .... I also make tech content , not yet as quality as urs though !
Brooo, Dope Content and you kinda sound like PHOENIX FROM VALORANT!!
Funny thing is Phoenix is my main haha
Is there any $500 lens worth it around 26mm or am I just better off getting a cheaper camera all together at that point
Hi, do you have any dust behind the front lens on the sigma?
How is the quality of the photos with the 20mm/1.8? Aren't you only able to take 10 mp pictures?
bro you should be out here in "Los Angeles" I would love to take a editing class by you
That would be cool
The 20 is cool, but the problem is see if you are doing product reviews, the lens was distorted
Were do you buy your lens from
off white AJ 1s go hard tho
If I use a 20mm 8 ft away would it distort my body vs head proportions?
What’s bugging me is when you are talking about the lens and you are holding it, it’s blurry even though it’s right in front of you. Is that easy to fix if I were to make a video like yours? Maybe just by changing the F stop?
is good👍👍
Nice
Hi, sony a 6600 with sigma 16-30-56mm 1.4 or sony a7c with sigma 24-70 2.8?
The best solution? Please.😉
Hey
Do you teach how to edit video?
do you colour grade or what’s your picture profile?
Standard
i bought the 24-70 for my a7c but it just didn't make sense. the lens is so massive and heavy that having a compact camera didn't make sense anymore. I returned it and got a 28-70
does the a7c + sigma feel really front heavy to where it becomes uncomfortable. been thinking about picking up this exact combo but keep worrying about the weight of the lens compared to the smaller body of the a7c. maybe I should get the a7iii?
No it doesnt feel front heavy
Yeah.. a7c + Sigma it's front heavy IMHO..
This two lens got Anti-Shake ?
Do you need a sigma adapter for the lens to connect to the body?
No
@@ShevonSalmon the fact you’re still replying to old videos… you’re the GOAT man. You’ve inspired me to begin my camera journey. Buying the A7C and these lenses because of you! Thank you!
