They have some items on display that you can just try on but you have to book an appointment (Their staff are super chill and you are not pressured to buy anything!)

Girl, I just bought a pair of Versace shoes last night that never go on sale (the classic colors, season colors do), I've been eying those shoes for over six months, even on the prelove market). Thank God I decided to purchase them right away (it was late at night). The system switched them from sale price ( whopping 50%OFF) TO FREAKING full price once I went to check out. I redid the process, and thesame thing happened. There were only two items available on my size, so I went ahead a purchase them, fuck it, I said.. I'll deal with the refund tomorrow(thankfully I screenshot the item on sale). This morning.... The item was listed at full damn price!!!! I called them and they said they couldn't refund the difference. I told them I had the receipts (screenshot, and of course I waited for them to freaking ship the item before making the claim... Girlllll), they said they will see into it and reply to me in two business day. They better accept because otherwise I'll just call my bank to get the difference. Those shoes ain't going nowhere.

The shoes were on sale for Korea only, and that they are in full price for the states, which is messed up. I tested typing in ssense. Com from my device and it automatically brings me up to the "Korean" website, and I know it is the Korean website because I noticed that the link has a KR written in it. It sends US customers there as default. The only way I can access the USA ssense website is if i type ssense. Com/us. They are refusing to give me the discount and they are telling me, that the discount is available only if I send the shoes to a Korean address which is bulldshit. They are ripping us off in the US, while Korea people get a fifty per cent discount. Probably, we will get the scraps on sale after Korea.
i work at ssense warehouse and i lost respect for the big overprized brands..they have just a little more quality than made in china products and i see big boxes coming from same manufacturer with some different brands and is just the label tha change..also the warehouse is a mess and the treat they give to the products is not so top notch..ssense makes tons of money because our culture of wanting to flex big overpriced brands. ..i think those 1k sneakers may cost like 25$ to produce . ..sad.
